Inventory is updated daily and that's kinda good. Support is also great as you can message support team and they are highly responsive and helpful.

I can honestly say I have no dislikes about the current AutoRaptor Platform.

I was also disappointed that I cant run marketing campaigns to out clients unless each and every client asked to be added to that list off from an email. So far no one signed up, obviously.

It is informative and easy to use. The product is very helpful when keeping up with historical info on customers.

This CRM is well worth the money and can really ramp up your customer interactions/sales. It's important to remember though, your reps have to USE the tools this provides in order to be useful.

I like that it's very easy to keep track of all your customers and be able to enter their contact information and follow up with them.

Overall the best part is the ease of use, that even my older sales people catch on to it quick.

I have enjoyed Autoraptor so far. My favorite feature is the ability to make calls directly through the CRM.

I like the it shows if the client reads the emails, as well. The ability to set appointments and name tasks are also worthy.

Raptor is super easy to use, packed with features and it's integration with all of our other platforms is seamless.

Track activity, sales, trends, everything with this. The best thing about it is the amazing customer support.

Some days we work we have to make 3 calls a day and there is no anough time to make them and they are marked as late task.

The only disadvantage is sometimes it is hard to nagivate through the upsheets and find particular upsheets without going through each one.

It may only be because I do not have access but sometimes merging and up sheet is difficult if a customer has more than one.

It is gong to start charging to use phone services. The percentages on there is confusing.

ELEAD CRM integrates very well from CDK DMS. It has useful features like fully customizable templates, Google Maps and phone number reverse lookup.

The support team bring great credit to eLead1One  team. The customer support is a valuable asset to the organization and a pleasure to work with.

CDK Global is so much easier to use than the competition. It is packed with features and is user friendly.

Lack of certain certifications for various programs. Inability to house video and photos URLs for Vehicle Inventory.

There has been little to no innovation and their customer service is horrible.

The support team is halfway decent at helping most of the time.

Using it is just annoying. DMS was a nightmare when we changed (went from reynolds and reynolds), not one person preferred CDK over Reynolds.

CDK's user interface sucks and this is the main draw back. The setup also was not as expected, it was way harder.

Ease of reporting once you know how to format.

CDK just seems to suck all around. It is an okay product with a really crappy system.

I also like the simplicity of viewing the customer details and notes. The support that I get from my executive is also awesome and probably the best part about working with Elead.

There is a great calendar that  organizes you day and shows your appointments. For Smaller lots its a great tool but you might be wasting you money if you don't generate a lot of internet leads.

The thing I like best about CDK is I like the fact that it is everything in 1 place. You can do everything needed for an RO.

Ease of use and customizable options make this the obvious choice.

I find everything in there easy to navigate and run. Especially the ability to customize the desktops to open the tabs you need each day.

Relatively easy to understand and use, sleek design.

I have always liked the way CDK has made the DMS programs.

Multiple functions, easy to use platform, ease of data entry, doesn't require a pw change every 15mins.

This company has one of the easiest websites to manager. You can make changes on the fly and also have an amazing support staff.

Large Market Share and No Innovation - Poor Service.

It is easy to navigate when trying to deal with accounting information.

Bloated, cumbersome, limited these are the words that come to mind for CDK.

The CDK/PFW software is rather good for the Agricultural/Turf dealer. We're using it SAS and uptime is usually pretty good.

The customer service is second to none. I fell like they are actually on my team and want the dealership to succeed.

Had this software for @  2 years, and they don't know rental. Support tries/development is terrible.

This program/company is obviously a long time, solid option for dealerships. Great support, easy to call and get help.

The platform works pretty well with other software like wi advisor and standalone kiosk so integration of other software appears to be easy which is helpful.

The website looks horrible compared to others. Using it for service is a nightmare.

CDK is robust in features, and can integrate with most any other automotive software. CDK provides many functions that dealerships must have to operate successfully.

Inability or limited ability to navigate backside platforms. Price point is a bit high; Automated DMS tends to be with all companies.

It is very easily to switch from  one task to another, and from one department to  another. During multitasking it  is awasome and  makes it easy to move from one item to another.

Exiting out of the application is the best part of CDK.

And, they have become GREEDY as hell, they are way too expensive and getting worse. If I could find a more reasonably priced application I will be gone soon.

Formatting reports is difficult. Admittedly I haven't done the training.

I would recommend because it is inexpensive and customer service is very fast.

I love that it can feed to most online directories. I love the CRM option as well, but you have to pay for it.

Unfortunately, CDK is still lacking in cutting edge technology. Their websites are just re-skinned cobalt websites.

Great piece of software, offers more functionality than other CRMs at the same cost.

Interface is stuck in the early 2000s. Missing some integrations and tools that other CRMs had built in from the beginning.

Some minor issues, but good response times from their customer service and tech support.

Miserable to add pages, their idiotic audience tag prevents us from adding our own photos. Most changes require their assistance solely due to the sites poor design.
