Pros
- The Parts, service and F&I departments all integrate well. The monthly software fee is very reasonable, and has saved our company a lot of money, (several thousands of dollars each month).
- I love the simplicity and ease of use of this software.
Cons
- Failure to run more than one instance. Have to turn of UAC for the DMS to work (this one is huge. We have to turn off integrated windows controls to get ASI to run, this should illegal).
- The constant glitches and computing errors the system produces. There's many functions that should be standard across the DMS world that you're unable to do in this system.
Pros
- The ability to text sms. From the App and desktop, as well as send videos through the APP provides a great advantage for the time being.
- It is user friendly, has tons of valuable information and the support team is always more than happy to help.
Cons
- More features on the app - erase my notes - sometimes I pout in the wrong note on the wrong lead - then I have to make another note saying - ignore last not lol.
- Not to mention the support and account managers are terrible. They are not helpful and make simple tasks a hassle and try to get as much money out of you as possible to get it done.
