Not all lenders support RouteOne integration, so we still had to use other avenues to submit various applications.

I love how I RouteOne shows your PTI and DTI while submitting. The competition does not do this.

Routeone is very easy to use and easy to understand.

Sometimes RouteOne has had problems working on mobile devices. On the customer side)  Problem seems to be less frequent as technology on these devices gets more consistent.

There are too many drop Down menus with too many drop down options.

Our overall experience with RouteOne is that they are our favorite credit software.

Important document storage for confidential files that need to be stored and accessed periodically. Easy to upload files and administer control.

Great value for money - very easy to use - customer support is very good.

Filing is so much more efficient than traditional storage. I save a lot of time looking for documents, and I never have to stoop over a filing drawer or lift heavy boxes.

Scan123 is an easy to use platform. We can train our Recruiters in an afternoon and feel comfortable that they will have all the information and knowledge that is needed to use Scan123 successfully.

We were not on another system prior to SCAN123, so I don't have a lot to compare it to. I am having trouble thinking of a con off the top of my head.

When a user leaves the company the interface makes me disable them for each location instead of globally disabling the user.

SOME TIMES CHANGING TO DIFF COMPUTER IS LITTLE TRICKY.

And believe me they would let me know if there is a problem.

Multiple cost tiers depending on pages scanned,  so cost is easy to manage/customize. The software is easy to implement, intuitive to new users, simple yet effective.

I can call and if I leave a message the response is usually within the hour.

I also have no means to change a user's information such as a last name change or email address.

Ease of use and great customer service. They are easy to deal with.

Ability to upload and quickly retrieve multiple documents.

They answer  me the same day usually and if it's late, they get back to me in the morning. They are helpful and a real pleasure to talk to.

Getting started took some time, and I'd recommend new users start slowly and really think through how you want to name documents and folders to make them easy to sort and locate down the road.

Sometimes when saving an incorrect key is hit by mistake and finding it to correct is not easy. I'd like to be able to search for the last items uploaded that way I'm not wasting time looking for it.

Anyone can learn quickly and easily. It helps cut down on the amount of paper required to keep stored at our facility.

We have never had any technical issues to speak of. The only time that I need help is when changing a user and maybe getting a key for a new PC.

They are quick to respond. I wish all software providers were as easy to deal with as Scan 123.

The customer service and support has only continued at the same high level in our multiple years with them. Their support team is VERY responsive and I have only had good experiences.

Scan123 is an amazing tool that helps to get rid of clutter and  file cabinets or storage boxes of documents.

The search button has been highly useful. It has cut my research time dramatically.

Plus, we feel our documents are much more secure and more compliant with privacy laws. It took quite a bit of labour to get older documents scanned into Scan123, but it's worth it.

EASY SCANNING , EASY LOOK UP , I DON'T KNOW WHAT MORE CAN I SAY.

I know that in the event of an audit we could locate all of the relevant files, but I fear it will take much more time than with traditional filing cabinets. I might be wrong! Hasn't happened yet).

A little difficult to get the repeated folders used to pop back up to choose them instead of having to go through file explorer.

Excellent product with ease of scanning. Search is very simple and retention is in the clouds.
