The capability of being able to get reporting details on all transactions in multiple report formats is amazing.

I love the ease of Access and Use, not to mention anytime  I call, my call is answered and my issue is resolved in a timely fashion.

We have had a great success using the Zeus software and the friendly Zeus staff helped customize reports to make our job easier.

Customer service is help is excellent. Have a question or need something updated or  changed.

There is no downside to Zeus Concepts. I suppose that if I had the option of integrating photos I would use that.

When you need an adjustment, it gets done quickly. Sensitive content hidden] are ease to get a hold of.

It has a bit of slow UI and has faced problems in keeping records of changes made as it does not have a date and time stamp in the software.

The ability to text sms. From the App and desktop, as well as send videos through the APP provides a great advantage for the time being.

It is user friendly, has tons of valuable information and the support team is always more than happy to help.

The dashboard is easy to navigate and most employees can learn the back end fairly quickly.

More features on the app - erase my notes - sometimes I pout in the wrong note on the wrong lead - then I have to make another note saying - ignore last not lol.

Great customer support - when I call they are always helpful.

Not to mention the support and account managers are terrible. They are not helpful and make simple tasks a hassle and try to get as much money out of you as possible to get it done.

It is only the salesman and myself using this system. Dealerpeak has been super super helpful with keep tabs on customers and employee.

Over all experience is great. I do not know if we would sign on again, due to how small our dealership is.
