My Mainstreet Experience

PROS

When it works it is easy to use. It is easy to find older job information. There are consistently new ways to help make jobs easier to put in correctly.

CONS

Appointments that are scheduled will disappear. Certain technicians regularly cannot complete jobs. Parts for newer cars are rarely up to date or there are no options for them. It is often very slow even with few tabs being open. It will not save something if it's open for too long or if you're moving back and forth from tabs so it has to be started from scratch.

Does what we need it to do but could have more options like who is scheduling the job and having the vehicle match up with a part number like it had before.

Great Product

Overall the experience is great. Love the product and how easy it is to use, if there is a tech issue it gets solved fast.

PROS

-Easy to use -Submit payments in just 3 clicks -Gives the reasons why EDI's are rejected if they are

CONS

-Gives alerts when not needed Ex: Vehicle doesn't match when it actually does. -Sometimes says the discount % is incorrect when it actually is.

Pretttyyyy pretty good

Overall the site is good but there are avenues that could use improvement

PROS

The interface is very user friendly and can be picked up almost immediately

CONS

The program often runs slow causing work to grind to a halt
