Giving us workorders, invoicing, customers and their history, products, staff, payroll and much more into one easy to use program. #### Cons We have been with Shopmanager since the beginning, so there were growing pains. Such as bugs, server issues and features not properly working after updates, however the team was always responsive when issues arose and communicated well whenever a fix might take more than just a few minutes. #### Reasons for switching to Shopmanager We needed a software catered to our type of business instaed of trying to cater ourselves to the software. Shop manager is a new software and with new software's you have possible issues that need to be tweaked. Well, I have never met a team of guys that work tirelessly to make sure we are taken care of. My techs can bring the info up on their phones and update to the sales counter. I also like that the system is easy to use not complicated at all. #### Cons There is one aspect I wish was working right now and that is the bill pay feature, I do know that the software is bringing updated daily and will soon be able to let me access the bill pay feature.
