Such as bugs, server issues and features not properly working after updates, however the team was always responsive when issues arose and communicated well whenever a fix might take more than just a few minutes. #### Reasons for switching to Shopmanager We needed a software catered to our type of business instaed of trying to cater ourselves to the software.
