But what has stood out to us is that the software continues to improve and the team seems willing to listen when customers point out something that could work better. A lot of the feedback we give comes from actually using the system during normal shop operations. For example, something might seem fine when you first look at a feature, but after using it repeatedly when you have several cars going through the shop, you start noticing where an extra step could be removed or where another option would be useful. We’ve brought some of those things up, and the team has been receptive to the feedback. That’s probably one of the things we appreciate most. We don’t expect every request to be added immediately, but it’s good to feel like someone is actually listening and considering what shops are asking for. Overall, Torque360 has helped us keep things more organized, and the support we’ve received when we’ve needed help has made the experience better. When a customer calls asking about their vehicle, we can pull up the information instead of trying to remember what happened or going through paperwork. That makes a difference when the shop is busy and everyone is trying to keep up. The support team is another big positive for us. There have been times when we’ve run into something that we couldn’t figure out right away. Instead of just sending us a generic article or telling us to try something, the support team has actually taken the time to get on a screen-share call and walk us through it. That has been helpful because sometimes it’s much easier to show someone the issue than try to explain it back and forth over email or chat. #### Cons There are still some areas where we would like to see more flexibility. Every shop has its own way of doing things, and sometimes the software works one way when we would prefer another. There are a few features where having additional settings, customization options, or fewer steps would make things easier for us. We’ve also come across situations where we had to find a workaround because the exact option we wanted wasn’t available. None of these have been serious enough to stop us from using the software, but when you’re using a system every day, those little extra steps can become noticeable over time.
