Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, keeps track of everything. Customer service is great, very quick to resolve issues and help understand the how and the why of operations.

  • Keeps track of everything that I need, good matrixes and organization. Price is not bad for what you get.

  • Cons

  • The only problem I really have is not being able to use Norton Security. Only other problems is minor stuff that occurs but it usually gets resolved fairly quickly.

  • It takes some time to set up job kits and learn how the software works. But it is still worth the investment of time. Because in the long run you will save much more time than it takes to get set up.
