MeetingSquared is a cloud-based meeting management solution for SharePoint. It enables users to manage information such as agendas, meeting times and dates, attendees, locations, required documents and more.
The solution allows users to draft minutes and take notes within meeting agendas, cast votes online, present information and more. Users can create agendas based on previously held meetings and view records of previous presentations. Files can be added to agendas using a drag-and-drop interface.
MeetingSquared's agenda builder add-in allows hosts to create meeting agendas within Outlook. The add-in allows for real-time changes to be made which all attendees can view from connected devices, which can include iOS, Android and Windows devices. During meetings, attendees can annotate documents and share their annotations with other users.
It offers services on a monthly subscription basis based on number of users. Support is available via email, live chat and a help desk.
