Agenda portal

Excellent both in terms of the product and support.

Pros

The agenda portal is easy to use. Agenda attachments can be downloaded. The note function for Committee members is very useful. We were also well supported to customise the product for external upload of documents by our customers when making submissions.

Cons

Swapping between agenda items can be a bit 'clunky' although we have recently implemented a customisation that makes this easier. Set up of an agenda requires a fair bit of scrolling but am not sure how this could be improved.

Agenda navigation As you mention, we have recently improved navigation between agenda items so that users are never more than one click away from accessing any agenda item within a meeting, whether they are viewing the overall agenda or viewing a selected agenda item. This improvement is now part of the core product. Publishing agenda content Meetings with large agendas will necessarily require a higher amount of scrolling between different agenda items listed on a page. To address this issue, we would be happy to look at providing an alternative stepped workflow option for agenda publishing where you could add agenda items sequentially on a per page basis without having to select from the agenda overview page.
