Great software for managing processes and calculating bpo efficiencies

We were looking for a simple but effective, business process management software to manage our business processes and to help us calculate and understand what amount of time it was taking to process each task and each item on that task. Process Manager solved this for us as well as many other functions and features and loads of reports. Great support and assistance, easy to setup and cloud based, so it solved all of our companies demands.
