WEBCON BPS is a cloud-based and on-premise business process management (BPM) solution that allows users to digitize, standardize and automate business processes.

The solution offers a rapid application development (RAD) platform with a drag-and-drop interface. It provides users with tools for Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as a mobile app for iOS and Android devices. Integration with Microsoft SharePoint enables users to begin new SharePoint processes, register invoices, submit leave requests and enter new credit limits. Users can also check the status of their requests and who is responsible for processing their request.

WEBCON BPS provides role-based permissions that allows users to see only those workflow elements and tasks that they have created or have been approved to view. WEBCON BPS also offers integration with an active directory that allows users to create a data source and set up domain user accounts.

Support is provided through an online knowledge base.

Fastest tool to deliver custom, tailor-made process (or simple registry) ever used to the users.

Fastest delivery of the value to the internal customers and users. Standarized and easy to migrate processes (between versions of SharePoint)

Pros

1. Great time-to-business: process are delivered really fast (e.g. project lasts 3 weeks for medium/medium-large size process)
2. Low entry threshold to develop processes in this tool (the training is 1 - 2 days)
3. Unified and out-of-the box standardized (customizable as well) generated User Interface. That helps users to use the new processes with no/or really training and with simple one A4 page quick manual (or even without it)

Cons

1. Configuration of user interface is sometimes not so flexible. However it can be developed from the scratch (fully flexible then)

Easy, flexible, giving many opportunities

One place to manage permissions, one backup, one support for multiple applications, a unified environment for each developed application. The product is being developed all the time, never met a problem that could not be solved, either alone or with technical support.
