  • Pros

  • Ability to set backup frequency and retention policies. Customer service is outstanding.
  • I get a simple email telling me if the backup was successful or not. I recently had to use their customer support and their instructions were PERFECT.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the messages that you get about backups can be misleading. It will say that you have a certain amount set for backup, and sometimes it will be a number that seems really low.
  • There is no easy way to cancel. I had to keep disputing charges with my bank until they cut off my account.
