  • Pros

  • I like the schedule feature, I like that I can see what is going on in the entire facility at all times. That is a very nice feature.
  • Easy to navigate by tabs; customer service and technical support is superb.
  • Cons

  • If the check-in screen is not selected and a member scans in, it can be a problem. If you do not have at least 2 computers at your front desk, a lot of members will not get checked in.
  • It is not very intuitive for customers to use (especially new customers) I constantly receive calls and emails complaining about how new customers are unable to register for training.

  • Great customer service, and knowledgeable around the product and the sector. You can talk to any level of person, customer services, developer, director, they are there and willing to listen.
  • Customer Service is exactly what you need - fast, informative, helpful and friendly. Fantastic supporting documentation for implementation and continuing use.
  • Cons

  • Limitations in the ability to customize screens for end-users. Some employees get confused when confronted with fields and choices they do not use.
  • We have come across a couple of small bugs but the team at Datalogic are so quick to respond that problems are sorted out straight away with little or no impact.
