The price is what really hurts my heart and my pocketbook.

Kajabi is a platform that has the ability to do it all. I like that I can integrate email and online courses as well as the 24 hour chat customer service.

The price and a lot of my emails seemed to go to spam.

This is strictly set up for Coaches and folks that want to sell course. The customer service is very poor and the product is Uber over priced.

I don't see this happening in the near future from their side, and I am sure that I am losing money because of this.

Customer service is hit or miss, and some of the ways the back end are set up are convoluted and make no sense.

It was very easy to use and didn’t require a huge learning curve to get used to. You can do email, website, and easy checkout pages which is convenient.

Once in a while there is a design glitch where you have to go into two places to tell the program one thing and if you forget to do that in both places, then it's messed up.

It was VERY different from the onboarding feeling, where they evoked a lot of excitement from the product.

I really love Kajabi and endorse the product. But, since the price tag is on the high side, I recommend you use it if you are going to make the most of all the features.

Fantastic, their customer service is amazing, quick and easy to understand.

I love the phone app function that they have. Just like any other drag and drop builder, kajabi is really easy to use.

Assisting with an online course, been able to grow sales with greater functionality of Kajabi.

E-Mail deliverability for instance is roughly 50% lower than twilio/sendgrid. That kills most funnels, if you want to be GDPDR compliant.

I love the video options for classes. Kajabi has an easy to use interface that allows for discussion between myself and the educator.

It is so much more than that. I like the fact I can get rid of multiple tools with subscriptions saving money because Kajabi does it all.

Overall experience is very good - huge timesavers in the long run by having everything connected.

The app works great on mobile devices. I love how the user can have multiple courses available with only one login.

Oftentimes one side or the other isn't clean. In the case of Kajabi, BOTH sides get the benefit of a well thought out program at a fair price.

Kajabi is very easy to use and they have an outstanding support system to help those in need.

I found a lot of my emails were going to spam and it's pricey.

This would have drastically reduced people buying my product, or after they bought the product, it would have been very confusing.

Kajabi is constantly working to improve and I believe in this product despit the many others like Thinkific, Podia and other platforms I have researched.

WTH??? Mailchimp doesn't have a limit. Kajabi's excuse is some abuse the import, so their response is to abuse their customers.

Kajabi is my one stop shop for my course now. I love how it integrates everything I need all in one place.

Myself and my team dislike that some tasks seem unnecessarily repetitive, such as adding in yes/no to assessments.

I just wish there was a cheaper package for starters, since this is a part of what a person must invest in.

The multiple options for creating content from freebies to mini trainings to online courses. Their customer service is also excellent.

Kajabi makes it easy to keep all your digital assets/products in one place, It's an all-in-one solution, which means you do not have to use different apps to complete certain processes.

And, when there was a question about how to do something, their customer service via chat was incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful every time.

I understand that the features and capabilities of this tool come at a price, but for small businesses, it may be difficult to justify the cost.

Feels EI is not very clear and sometime makes confusing.

The negative point is about the integration in another systems for example i can't get the API about the data in Stratws because the system doesn't allow that functionality.

It takes practice, at first it can be a little tricky for beginners. It takes a while to load the information too.

Very easy to customize and provides the history of goals. Very clear visualization of projects completion and achievement.

I like stratws because all processes are centralized in a unique platform and this is a good point in Stratws.

Great for strategic planning, analysis of indicators and management tools, in my opinion the best management software I've ever worked with.

User friendly, Open for improvements, full set of tools to support the companies routines and needs.
