In my search for a CMMS solution I had three things in mind. Full functionality and scalability at an affordable price.

Search capabilities are great. The new technician module is great for out in the field work.

While you can customize access and restrict window entries by user groups you must navigate in and out of  Production set-up and Security set up.

I think Tabware is a great CMMS and works good at having a lot of solutions in one package.

A one on one consulation on how the system works, sometimes i have found the user is frustrated as the user has not had the proper coaching.

Inside help are always very helpful and have a great working knowledge of the product.

Ease of use for requesters and mechanics to ensure adoption. TabWare met all of these, along with providing all of the help I needed during my decision to purchase, training, and implementation.

The program works, it just needs better support.

The flexibility of the software is nice. The company is great to work with, very helpful every time I have a need that needs met.

Works well, but customer service is the worst. And probably from overseas.

Ability to track equipment history and able to do inspections.

The vendor was and is very accommodating, however, person to person meetings were sometimes difficult to nail down.

Customer support is all web based and if THEY call you back, they have broken English. I have yet to talk to an american.

If you can't get these people to adopt and use the work order system all of the hard work invested into the other modules will be wasted.

TabWare provides all the functionality our maintenance organization requires to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The newer modules are all mobile-friendly, so that has been great for us.

The vendor provides a great, professional support team that respond to my software questions and continued product support.

Administrators have to click endless fields and drop down menus to accomplish the simplest of tasks; technicians have to click and fumble to switch between PM’s, routine and emergency work orders.

Tabware has all the functions needed for a great CMMS. Tabware customer support is superior to all others.

Our entire organization has struggled with the layout, over all concept and lack of intuitiveness.

Sometimes it's a little confusing to work through all of the options, especially when you're not spending all day every day in the map.

Customer service has been great throughg our years with Concept3D, and I can definitely say the tool has only improved in that time. An eye for design pairs well with the solid functionality.

When we first started, wayfinding was included, but now is an extra cost. Our students miss the wayfinding feature.

The ease of use, especially during set up was my favorite thing by far. I appreciated that Concept3D had an icon library set up, that was helpful in setting up the layers we wanted on our map.

It's incredibly easy to use on the front and the back end. Has some great features and we really like how you can create multiple tours.

We have a building that will be finished in a couple years, so there were just design documents to use of it, and Concept3D did amazing at adding it to the map.

Ease of use for our digital users. Intuitive and mobile friendly.

It did take a couple of stops and starts to get the hang of the software.

I love the detail that the graphics team puts into the 3D map to make it look as accurate as possible. I am also impressed with how mobile friendly it is.

The Concept3D interactive map product is visually stunning and provides amazingly accurate representations of our campuses.

The back end editor is a little cumbersome and confusing.

The production team are amazing with render changes. I'm always so impressed at how closely the artwork resembles campus.

And Concept3D customer support is always helpful.

The software is easy to use, has an abundance of features and an amazing detail of our campus in 3D. I also appreciate the fact that it works on all devices without third-party add ons.

We also love the 360 tour itself, as this is a fantastic way to showcase our campuses and bring a personal touch to who we are as a university to those not yet familiar.

Some were out of date, all of them were hard to really navigate in relation to our actual campus.

We had a hand-drawn customized map that was difficult to maintain.

It's a unique and attractive tool to help promote our university and to assist the thousands of visitors and new students who come to our campuses each year.

The maps are a really cool interface and our users love to interact with them.

CMS is somewhat of a learning curve to get used to and has a few quirks about it. Customization options can sometimes seem limited to more web savvy users who may want to add their own styles.

This software created a beautiful, useful rendering of our campus. It really allowed our beauty to shine through.
