I definitely recommend the program! Thanks to him, many families got the design of their dream place. I can't imagine designing without this program. It is easy to use and very intuitive. You can create a professional project for a client or a project for yourself. Huge selection of materials and equipment.

5d planner is very useful and even if the app has some limitations, the support team is very helpful and are quick to respond to the app issues.

I appreciate the ability to upload textures to give more realistic renderings of the rooms I am creating. My clients appreciate that I can try-on different looks and colours and helps them visualize a pretty 3D version of their space.

The items (furnishings) in the catalogue can be updated more frequently to be current with design trends. Also I have experienced some recurring bugs with modifying furniture details such as colour and sizing, for which I escalated. And I look forward if 5d planner provides diagonal layouts in their construction features, to allow for diagonal wall panelling.

Company was great and wonderful to work with in getting my students educational seat options.

Absolutely awesome [sensitive content hidden] in Customer Service was one of the most awesome customer service people I have ever worked with. Very patient and thorough they did not give up until I was sorted out. I love this app. If you do this for work I would say offer it to your customers to play with their layouts then show them what you can do it would be a powerful tool in that way. I love how easy it is to use. I can make my own plans and share those ideas with contractors which is so awesome. I get to decide what I want to do myself and what I want to hire out for. I also get to see what’s feasible in my space before asking for the impossible.

I had a few glitches in the beginning but customer service was PHENOMENAL and sorted me out immediately. No cons for me. Maybe they could add pricing but that fluctuates so much based on market and date.

The middle school course that I teach is an integration of technology into community service projects. The students need access to professional-level software but that often comes with a high learning curve. Our class time is valuable and Planner 5D allows my students to get the functionality and features of a more advanced program but with a much more user-friendly interface and usability.

I love the ease of adding objects to plans. It has the usability I need for my middle school students but also has the functionalities of more advanced programs that they need to complete high-level design projects.

We haven't found a way to share projects between team members, other than sharing a 3d model of the project. There may be a way that we haven't found yet.

None. Literally none. If there is a problem just message them and they get back to you very quickly.

Poor customer service. Many expectations not clear and some features not able to trial until you pay. There is not any documentation about the features either, so no way to research what the feature does, or what options are for render and plan recognition. Also, it was not clear that more objects in the library are available or not after paying. No way of importing new objects, no way of accessing the shopping cart (feature not yet available in the USA, they said, with no estimate to when it will be ready). Finally, their "Academy Courses" stated as being a subscription feature, are actually just the 2 videos that are already available in the free account! They refuse any refund or any partial refund due to their "policy". I paid for 1 year in advanced and test it only for a couple days. I had used a few renders and plan recognition features and they insisted I was no eligible for any refund of any kind.

A planner app with so much customization for a good price

Planner 5d offers an outstanding and impressive amount of textures and styles and customization to every aspect of the design of you plans. It also has pre-made models of different ideas for almost any project like kitchens, living rooms, master bathrooms, apartments, master bedrooms, multi level l, and much more. I have had so much fun and learned so much and couldn't of asked for a better floor planner. 7 out 5 stars or 12 out of 10 for sure.

I like that you can upload a floor plan. I also like that you can easily create 3d models and switch back and forth. its very intuitive and easy to use.

The free trial could be longer or for businesses there should be a 2 week trial to make sure the value of the product matches since its 399.99 for commercial use and only 59.99 for individual.

I have been searching for a good user friendly tool where I can do the interior myself, instead of a designer. Looks like Planner 5D is the best option. So far liking the tool for its user-friendliness and the options it brings in on to the table. A great tool

Nothing as such. I have been using the tool for last 2 weeks and have not seen any challenges as such.

Excellent. We added an addition to our home and 5D really helped us plan and to visualize the outcome. It actually saved us some money as we were working with our contractor because we could show him exactly how we wanted particular things to turn out.
