Bookipi has helped my business expense tracking improve in the best and easiest way ever.

I love the feature that gives the customer the right to sign on the same involved. The User Experience and the fact that you can add photos inside your invoice. Highly recommend it for a fast and easy invoice.

They are okay for invoices and all. However, their client payment option needs improvement. I've been waiting for a $50 payment for like 2 months.

It’s reasonably priced. Easy to set up and use and it gives me multiple ways to create service tickets. I’ve used other applications until I found Bookipi.

So far I have not had any permanent issues. They have been mostly setup items and as I figured how to work the app I resolved them. Someone who is actually proficient with computers would not have the issues.

Bookipi is very easy to use. I can use from multiple device and allow staff access to it.

I wish I can restrict access of some of my staff to some certain features like total income earned and other sensitive parts

It was fast to set up, like the layout of invoicing. I like the notice after every invoice i make.

It takes too long to get your money. Even with repetitive customers. Don’t like customers service. It takes too long to resolve an issue. Cause I’m not always on my computer. To ask and get response via text or email.

Recurring invoicing. Easy Creaton of invoicing.

Lots of glitches. Unless you refresh the page, a paid invoice doesn't leave the list. Sometimes, for no reason, customer emails stop working. Especially for recurring invoices. Also, the older version allowed sorting of invoices based on paid and pending the newer ones don't have it
