What i like most about this product is that they send notifications to retrieve payments, click on the link provided, Easy! Lists the account name, payment # and amount, and invoices being paid.. couldn't get an easier!

really.. there is nothing i don't like, its very easy to learn and easy to get the info you need for payments

Paymode-X is an easy program to move around in, I only use it for accepting payments on a weekly basis and I have never had any problems accessing the information to put into my accounting system

Although I understand the need for security, I sometimes feels the log in and changing passwords is cumbersome.

Payments right at my fingertips without much effort, I love it!

I receive my deposits in a timely manner every week and they are always accurate.

I hate how I have to resize the format every week to fit my page for printing out my report and then change it back to normal. I didn't have to do this until the last 6 months. PLEASE fix it back to print without my time and effort to change the printing settings EVERY WEEK. It is the reason I didn't give all 5 stars per catagory.

I haven't used or extended the software for my business needs. I know the capabilities are there. I didn't see a clear easy path for integrating for any custom processing needs.

Sometimes difficult to get to the page you need to get supporting documentation. Several clicks are required.

The producer is easy to use...I get timely, informative notifications of payment.

Good documentations of deposits to my account.

Finding my own invoice date associated with deposits. Yes, the information is in there but it is Paymode-V's setup and not mine.I would prefer to be able to directly find my deposits with my own invoice numbers as the organizing principles making it easier to sort and visit any particular deposit quickly.As it is now, it is not friendly to my "TIME".

The free trial is our favorite part of it. Very easy to use.

We prefer the AR aspects of the program more than the AP aspects of it.
