I like that it is user friendly, drag and drop feature makes it easy to run ad hoc reports. Love the line item detail and notes feature in the templates.

Great experience for me. We have a dedicated business systems resource on our team who helps a lot.

The ability to integrate reports directly with system data pulls is a very nice feature that can help reduce the complexity of workbooks.

The interface is pretty dated. I also mainly use chrome as my browser and there seems to be a lag time when scrolling in a template which is a bit of a pain.

I originally got into Host for budgeting and it has been great for that, but I have found it great for many other things. I also love the way it can grow with me.

It can be difficult to set up a report template. Not all the modules have the same reporting tools.

I was never able to go live. Never got any value out of it and they made me pay for 2 years.

The inability to do calculations in the report without creating a new template. Also as we are on Macs the inability to use spotlight in Mac Excel.

The planning tool helped us standardize our budgeting process and we're very impressed with the workforce planning module that helped us easily managing our headcount and compensation estimate.

We love the ease and flexibility of the tool. The monthly releases mean that the product is constantly making improvements.

A data pull is not immediate and can cause some frustration if data is not pulled 100% accurately the first time.

Our planning process runs more smoothly and efficiently again with less errors. We are able to consolidate our plans quicker.

OVerall is a great tool for the ease of standardizing and managing  our reports.

It took a while to get that right, but Quick books Customer Service ALWAYS helped and was patience with me learning. We figured it out and it has been Flawless since.

Not having a full-fledged CRM integration and the yearly subscription model for the online solution can become a burden, especially for small businesses.

I find the mileage and receipt snap are easy to use. Recurring payments doubles up with receipts if a receipt snap is done first.

Also, they take the time to work with you and define the income and expenses of your business, so you have a clearer idea of your money flow. Recommend enthusiastically.

Found a significant error that the QB Live BK Team didn't catch for six months (double recorded Workers Comp expense for July-Dec 2021; I was the one that found it).

Easy to use and intuitive. For someone who has no experience in accounting, this is great.

I like that I work with the same accountant and I can meet with them for as much as I want. They help me with getting my books in line for tax time which made my last tax submission a piece of cake.

No fix, no offer of compensation. Just an apology and another week goes by with no resolution.

Very disappointing, I'm most likely canceling the Live Bookkeeping service, keeping the software and will likely either need to do the bookkeeping myself or hire my tax accountant's company to do it.

My experience with QB Live is satisfactory. And I find my bookkeeping excellent.

Live Bookeeping has been one of the best features we have used. The consultants are patient and very willing to help.

In less than 2 hours my account was shut down. My credit card # was on hold by my bank due to a possible fraudulent charge investigation.

This helps with project monitoring and cash flow. Since using QuickBooks live, my books are up to date and my staff and I can focus more on being more productive.
