Marketing automation made easy
I can't speak highly enough of their responsive customer support and product team. Truly a white-glove experience.
PROSIt's simple and easy to use with just the features you need. Bang out landing pages in minutes, run split tests, automate email campaigns, create referral campaigns, etc. We've been using it for 3+ years and it only gets better.
CONSI'd like to see a Zoom integration for webinar leads (not a must-have because we can easily upload webinar leads + they have a Zapier integration) as well as a webchat widget.
Reason for choosing Wishpond
Prior to Wishpond, we were using different tools for things like email, landing pages, forms, etc. Wishpond helped us integrate it all at a reasonable cost and low mental overhead. It's easy to use and train people on. Plus I can't speak highly enough of their responsive customer support and product team. Truly a white-glove experience.

Loving Wishpond!
Wishpond helps us solve almost every aspect of our inbound lead generation and automated email marketing. I am extremely pleased with the results.
PROSHaving the landing pages, lists, and forms on the same platform as the email automation is a game changer. What used to take two or three different pieces of software can easily be done on one. The landing page editing tool is really, really good. It's easily the best one I've seen on a landing page building platform.
CONSThe biggest drawback is that I can't use my top-level-domain. I have to use a subdomain for my landing pages. Integrating tracking codes onto individual page assets is difficult, and sometimes the javascript doesn't play nice.
Reason for choosing Wishpond
Wishpond had the capability to handle more aspects of inbound lead collection and email automation than any other software I tried. It also had the best landing page editor.

I actually switched from using several solutions. I was specifically looking for a platform that would combine features so I didn't need to rely on so many others.

Efficient, Helpful, & Productive
They are helping me automate some tasks. They are creating a workable landing page. They are helping greatly to focus my seo.
PROSHaving a team to work with who does the tasks we're working on regularly has been very helpful for my small business. They can do things quickly and easily so that I can focus on what I do best. Their customer service has been excellent. Every person I've worked with has been very supportive and helpful to resolve things and keep everything running smoothly.
CONSClarity of communication can be hard sometimes with distance and time zones, as well as having to get my goals and ideas into workable tasks for others.

Easy to use Landing Page Maker!
Great experience so far, I often have questions and the support team always is ready to help us.
PROSSo easy to create a new page and set-up a follow-up email, pop-up box etc. Everything is very customizable.
CONSThe forms could improve, such as having pre-existing fields such as a list of countries.
Reasons for switching to Wishpond
It was quite hard to use Leadpages and create a page that quickly that looked nice. There was too many obstacles with spacing and formatting.

Has great potential, but the platform hasn't been updated for years and years (over 5 yrs)
Average. Once I got support to help me setup the automations, it worked flawlessly and the campaigns for my clients worked amazingly.
PROSThe landing page builder is very good, easy to use, you can create practically any design you want as it has an open design, where you're not restricted to blocks. It's an open canvas system. once you get the email automations setup the system works great.
CONSWishpond was one of the first platforms within this space of CRM's, automations, but unfortunately it's not a leader in this space at all, because it hasn't kept up and innovated, my guess is, it has some huge accounts keep the cashflow going, and they've gotten comfortable. The worse thing about Wishpond is the support. The support is atrocious. They always take long (48hrs and sometimes longer) to get back to you. The platform is so difficult to use (email marketing automations and triggers specifically)They need to update the platform the UI, we are in 2023, and every other platform (their competitors) in this space, as continually innovated and made things easier to use. Wishpond as stayed the same. This is fine, if the platform was easy to use, but it's not. Im very well versed with SAAS products so I have so much experience using CRM's so it's not like I'm not a techy person.

Super personal service and support
The experience was fine throughout the time I was subscribed. Nice people to work with. Good support when needed. For the right business it can be a good agency to do the marketing and sales funnels.
PROSI got superb support and service from my contact person [sensitive content hidden]. Throughout the time I was with Wishond they handled everything, all the tech stuff, all the changes, all the integrations. Every question was answered. I even had an issue a few months after my subscription ended, and still got the same wonderful personal service.
CONSFor my business we did not manage to convert positive ROI, after 8 month we decided to stop the subscription. The sales pitch presentation was very polished, when we discussed the narrow margins, and how it may be difficult to reach positive ROI. Overall the sales campaigns did not even break even. So we had to stop the subscription. I new as a business owner I was taking a chance. The hyped presentation made me hope it would be a long lasting subscription.

I didn’t sign up, and they stole my money!
After my sales presentation with Wishpond, I am mediately got off the zoom call to search their reviews. The reviews were so bad, I immediately called them back and told them I did not want to proceed and do not charge my card. I called them back within 10 minutes of us ending the zoom call. They charged my card anyway and lied to my credit card company. I've spent two months fighting to get my money back. They charged my card anyway and lied to my credit card company. I've spent two months fighting to get my money back via the dispute process with my credit card company. They lied and told my credit card company they disclosed a no refund policy. Which was not true and I was able to provide my credit card company documentation and the numerous emails back-and-forth between me and the sales people showing there was no cancellation policy, listed in their agreement, nor in the numerous emails we sent back-and-forth as I was fighting to get them to give me my money back. I ended my relationship with Wishpond before it ever began, they provided absolutely no services to me from the moment we end of that zoom call until this day. And yet they still are fighting to keep my money when no services have been rendered, and they have spent zero amount of time Marketing, or even communicating with me to set up the marketing.THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!! Don't use them!!

Great for teams with a small budget
We chose Wishpond because we are a small team with a limited budget. I first chose them because I loved the designs of their landing page templates. We've continued to use them because their customer service is impeccable and the price is really good, especially for smaller companies. There are endless numbers of workflow automations you can do, we haven't even begun to scratch the surface. Whenever I'm thinking of an automation I want to do and I can't figure it out, I reach out to their support staff and they are eager to help. My favorite! There are a few kinks, but that's the case with any software. We use the software for B2B purposes, but it looks like their system would be robust for B2C as well. If you're looking for email automation and great landing page templates and don't want to break the bank, I'd recommend Wishpond.
PROSWhat I like most are the design of their ready made templates and the amazing customer service they have. Also have extensive automated workflow options.
CONSSometimes I'll notice that the formatting I've done is off or doesn't save even though I hit save, therefore I have to go back and correct it. And I think there could be some shortcuts to get back to a particular page you'd like to visit.

MISLEADING FREE TRIAL
I have nothing positive to say about Wishpond
CONS14 day trial requires credit card and a yearly commitment for the trial to start (should have been first warning). Was told I could cancel anytime before the trial ended, or switch over to monthly plan. However, their FINE PRINT also points out: "A full refund for the unused months on the annual plan may be issued if a refund has been requested or the account has been cancelled within five days of the trial’s expiration date and the number of generated and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 20." OR "A 50% refund and credit towards your account with Wishpond may be issued if the annual plan is canceled or a refund has been requested via email within 2 months of initial purchase and the total number of captured and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 50." My own testing resulted in 10+ test leads before I went I public with my first live campaign. This left with me 10 leads remaining to even qualify to get my money back in full if I chose not to continue using the platform. What kind of free trial has a limit on number of leads captured? Also, I cancelled a day before the trial, received an email saying my account was cancelled a day later (after the trial ended). This seemed odd to me that I got a confirmation a day later. The platform itself is not well rounded, and is missing a critical features. Unable to set a campaign to be restricted by geographic location. If you have a contest, or popup, you cannot target your audience.

Fun for our customers - Great for our company
WishPond was a great way to interact with our customers in a fun way while gaining useful information
PROSI really like the contests we were able to run through WishPond. It made our brand more interactive and gave us great insight into our customer base at the same time. Win-win!
CONSWishPond was a bit limiting at times. We weren't able to do some of the things we were hoping with our contests but it is still a great software overall. Perhaps one day they'll make necessary improvements.

Wishpond Review
I found out about Wishpond through the Youtube channel, where they share tips and educate their clients on how to use the platform and what they can achieve with it. Currently, at Lion Development we are using Wishpond plugging to run our Landing pages, as well as creating landing pages for other clients. It has made the work much easier and gives us the tools we needed to perfectly engage our clients. Any question we had regarding the platform was answered within minutes. Part of my job as a Digital Marketing Consultant is to provide and suggest tools for my clients to use, I will be suggesting wishpond to a lot of my clients!
PROSThe platform has a lot of different tools that you can use.They have a pluggin for wordpress that is completely FREE, of course if you need to run certain features like an A/B test then you will have a fee to pay. It also shows you the analytics for the page you have created. After creating a Landing page we ran it on Google Analytics and the results were excellent 80/100 page speed and 100/100 on user experience.
CONSIt has a lot of tools and ways in which they can be used, so users might get overwhelm, but all the youtube videos based on customer education of the product will help the user understand each step and each tool.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. THey clearly do not have small business best interest in mind. Even after i paid $2250, they refused to share any of the work they did for us.
PROSI liked the sales presentation, but after that it was a disaster.
CONSNone of the ads they made for us worked at all. The work that they did mediocre at best. They clearly do not know what they are doing. THeir ads ran for four weeks and we didnt get one lead

Great value for the money
For a startup with a limited budget who wants to do some marketing automation and workflows this is a great tool. I would suggest this tool for someone who has previous marketing automation software experience, it may not be as easy for new users.
PROSI like the price above all. The features are typically easy to use but can be cumbersome at times.
CONSSome of the features are great but either limited or not very intuitive for new users. The customer support is hit or miss, sometimes extremely responsive and sometimes non-existent.

Itzel at Wishpond was very easy to work with, and adjusted to our evolving requirements ensuring a final product that we were happy with.
CONSWould have loved to have a template to follow to ensure we were providing the correct information needed sooner in the process. Also, it would have been great to understand from the beginning the number of 'iterations' allowed so that we could have grouped our changes into iterations as to follow this requirement. Wishpond was very understanding and flexible with the number of changes/iterations though and we were able to roll out all needed changes.

Very poor customer service when you need timely support
Great features for business and forward thinking ideas. We have used this service for many online contests.
CONSThe customer service used to be tremendous, but now poor (to say the least) because it is not "responding in minutes" as advertised. This is not ideal for a business such as ours, that is launching a new idea, contest, etc. I reported the current bug(s) with our latest launch 24 hours ago, while many of the contestants are sending us questions about the technical glitch... but still no response from Wishpond. This could obviously be improved with timely customer service. This makes our business look bad and I am highly unimpressed right now.
