Support team was very helpful and always willing to help. Despite all the specifications we needed, they customized the specs and functionalities to meet our requirements.

Software use is really easy trough APPSeConnect portal, where I can see all that I can manage. Its a very good software.

Relatively easy to use once you get the hang of back end admin. Has additional bi-directional feeds we hope to use in future.

I believe most of my frustrations during the project came from poor communication of what was wanted and expected on our website.

We needed to integrate our SHOPIFY store with SAP. They did a super implementation, the communication is very clear and the job is done in a bit.

The team at InSync did an excellent job in implementing this as a solution for us. They were able to work with our ERP and website and get these two vastly different systems to sync.

The integration is great and clean. Appseconnect help us to lunch our complicated store online with the integration between SAPB1 and Magento2.

With developers that were very familiar with the systems we were syncing between, it was very easy to discuss scope issues with the team.

Unfortunately we had to deal with a lot of connection problems throughout our first year.

I like this software because is perfectly integrated with SAP and Woocommerce.

There is not a great notification system when it comes to errors. I can't get real time error warnings.

Overall it was a very good experience, APPSECONNECT team was very responsive and accommodating. The product is  value for money.

Few things which came into issues while accessing are Drag & Drop Interface, Real Time Updates & Third Party Integration.

The syncing process makes a complicated process easy to perform. APPSeCONNECT runs automatically with minimal maintenance required.

The choice of manual and auto sync with the ability to control the interval between syncs is a nice feature that is built right into the GUI.

When there's a problem, we don't always get alerts right away. We always find that some problem is being worked on, but we don't know what it is.

They have provided solid support, adding in API functionality with quick turn-around. Other media agencies I spoke to also provided positive feedback.

The new quick editor (filter, customize) buttons are really great to have.

We were facing the Problem that due to different Locations of the AdServers we had counting differences due to different time zones.

We also appreciate the help from the support team, they are always trying to solve our problems as fast as they can and try to they put our ideas into reality.

What I don't like is that there are often problems with data actuality. But for our work that's crucial and we need to be able to rely on the data displayed within the dashboards/widgets.

Adverity is a constantly evolving great ETL system. We can work well in it to make great dashboards and reports to help our colleagues and make our clients happy.

Because we are a smaller agency with a singular analytics point-person, it was critical for us to work with a company that has robust tech support.

Furthermore, we are working with our fantastic account manager to create one-of-a-kind budget burn and workload forecasts by integrating our time tracking system and project management software.

Overall it is a fast-evolving useful ETL system with great Insights platform.

I like the possibility of having data from different Datasources in one system. You have a perfect overview of all your campaigns.

Some error messages are not explanatory and, again, require some experience with the product and technical knowledge.

I enjoy using adverity for it's big variety of API. It makes it so easy and sales a lot of development time.

Overall it's a helpful tool which can save you a lot time when it's set up & working correctly.

You dont have to worry about anything. It does the job in the background.

Terribly missing the option to send a chart from one riport to another.
