The integration process was exceptionally easy.

The USPS scan forms are complete and much more accurate then the resident forms in Stone edge. We find the logs are easy to use.

It’s saved me time and money but there are other platforms that will save me even more.

Each hub made the process extremely easy to use.

We now have a fully integrated shipping program and no longer need an external postage program.

We have had a huge learning curve and many problems with this system.

Simple to use software makes team training a breeze. The Essential Hub team is always very responsive and helpful when needed.

And being a newbie I was able to troubleshoot and get help or get questions answered easily and quickly.

Integrations are easy to setup which is important and their customer service is quick to answer questions and help us with new setups whenever we need.

International shipping is still a weak spot on Shipkey and we are very hesitant to turn on full international as we worry that Shipkey can handle it.

Great organization with fantastic customer service. They even helped us set up shipping on our brand new Shopify page.

The technical support and sales representatives are top-notch and we are very satisfied with their performance.

I love the sorting feature as we are able to sort by many different options. I like that I can go in and reprint a shipping label with ease.

I tried before Zapier and Automate, and I can say that Integromate has been my favourite since I discovered it. Good pricing, many tools and a perfect interface.

Difficult to create complex pathways. Errors are difficult to handle.

Some modules are still missing even if those had been suggested times ago (e.g. possibility to select multiple modules, introduce a converger module).

I love airtable and mailchimp - for a solution that integrates the two, I AM ABSOLUTELY THRILLED TO HAVE FOUND INTEGROMAT.

This is probably the most exciting tool I have found in the last 12 months. I just need to figure it out.

I was using Zapier for a while, and this software is so much worth it for less money. Free plan is excelent and payment plans are so much better.

At first (we're talking months) I didn't get how it works. It was very difficult for me to follow and understand and unfortunately the documentation is so poor that it's almost non existent.

The product is amazing as well the support. Price is very fair as well.

Zapier/IFTTT are the best examples. They are truly targeting the citizen integrator, not a more advanced user or developer.

It might be hard to learn at the beginning. Complicated workflows might be hard to debug.

This is by far the best and most intuitive of the data and task automation options.

There are a couple features that are confusing when you start using them. But i've found if i'm confused by something I probably am just rushing in to it instead of reading the tutorial.

My experience with Integromat has been great since switching from a different service. The user experience is great, making it very easy to use even for beginners.

I'm really struggling with learning Integromat. I find it is not very intuitive.
