I can't stress the latter enough, and it makes me feel very uncomfortable about dealing with them long term.

The Bookeo System is inexpensive, connects to PayPal, super easy to set up, and allows for multiple instructors to access the system. Creating new one-off classes is easy as well as canceling classes.

Lately its been taking too long on my website and  I am losing a lot of business because of it. It never used to be that way.

Customer service is on the ball and very helpful. I love that I have payment options at time of booking, to chose from like pay now, deposit or do nothing.

If the interface was cleaned up it would have been a winner. Another provider quoted us $6000 per year for almost the exact same features as Bookeo.

It has been very user friendly on both the administrative and customer ends. We were able to successfully integrate it onto our personal website as well as other social media pages very easily.

It was a little confusing at first trying to understand all of the terminology.

Bookeo, really guys I love you, best product, best support. They are always quick to reply and help you find a solution.

No way to auto-populate timezones which caused much confusion for customers and missed classes. Integration with Google calendar but not customizable, doesn't allow for Google calendar notifications.

The reporting feature is invaluable to our business and our forcasting. I love the seamless integration with our website.

Easy to use and if  there's anything I can't undertsnd I can get prompt and efficient help from Bookeo.

Ability for so many options for classes/courses.

I suggested to my client to just link to the portal instead but they said no.

Initially it was the price that was the main selling point. I love that I pay a flat fee each month, not a percentage of our sales, which is what I found on most other software.

I liked the ease of use and unlimited custom fields, having both a booking and customer info in one system.

I also like that we can capture guest information and sync bookeo to our mailchimp and google calendars.

I used Bookeo for a long time, and it was a great value for the money. I just outgrew the software, and needed something with more functionality.

Very easy to navigate for our side. Everything is on a thin list, and it's easy to search for things.

There are a few nit-pick things that bother me. Things like the odd counter at the bottom of the webpage and the inconsistencies in font sizes and styles.

The text/email confirmation reminders are great, the option to directly add an appointment to my google calendar is great, all around this is a very customer-focused solution to scheduling.

The software is easy to use. I like how I am able to use it at any time during the day or night to book haircut appoitments.

I don’t know if it was showing the most in demand times that were available first, but I had to select to see ALL available times for my stylist on that date.

I have encountered errors in orders i have placed that no one seems to have an answer for except for blaming me, the customer, for some sort of user error. It is beyond frustrating.

The ability to schedule my appointment digitally and see the availability of the staff is great. It allows me to structure my day.

It's super easy to log in, make an appointment with the stylist you want for the service you want, and select the time you want.

I have not run into any difficulty using Ezsalonware.

To me, there wasn’t anything that stood out as being bad.

This product makes signing for appointments a snap - super easy to use, and I really appreciate the interface.

The only negative I might have is that it wasn't obvious how many extra features the site has if you click the menu in the top right.

I like that I can see all of the schedules of my hairdressers and that I have an easy way to view any open appointments for the month schedule.

The user interface is definitely utilitarian. I like that, but I could see others as being intimidated.

In good to go in just a couple minutes. I recommend this software be used at salons and barbers nationwide.

I am 70+ years old and normally prefer talking to a person for this, but EZsalonware worked well for me and I was and am a happy user.
