Trustworthy & Easy - Satisfied for more than 6 years
Without Briq it would be impossible to achieve the visitor numbers that we have. Customers are now able to book their activity 24/7 with their mobile phone. The booking system automatically finds the optimal availability and occupancy. Since we started working with Briq, we have doubled our turnover and Briq keeps coming up with new features and integrations. After 6 years I can say with certainty that Briq is a reliable partner with excellent support!

A reliable partner with a clear plan
The personal approach of Briq, the clear updates around updates, the easy booking interface and the receptivity of our feedback makes Briq a nice and professional partner to work with.
PROSThis platform helps us to the get the pressure of the phone. Starting from 0%, Briq now handles around 55% of our bookings online, and counting. We are not there yet, and we have some challenges in the near future, but the booked results are already mind blowing.
CONSSometimes the used terms within the software is not easy to read for the personell. We would prefer Dutch to be a language within the platform.
Reason for choosing Briq Bookings
At first, the most important one compared to the custom offer that we got, is that we don't have to run our own servers or need to set up a VPN in order to get access to the platform when not around. Together with that, Briq was the only one at that time who was able to show the complete occupation of the organization within one screen.

The People = The Product.
The Briq Team has very skilled and motivated people and that translates into their product and services. They are very receptive to feedback and they don't overpromise.
PROSThe most important for us is a flawless journey for the customer and a clean look of the software. We find that in Briq. There is no clutter. The current era requires more than "just a booking system". Online booking is part of a bigger ecosystem that includes all aspects of the sales/marketing funnel and eventually has to translate into a smooth operation.
CONSOur biggest struggle is that our online booking system is not connected to our POS/operations system.
