Trustworthy & Easy - Satisfied for more than 6 years
Without Briq it would be impossible to achieve the visitor numbers that we have. Customers are now able to book their activity 24/7 with their mobile phone. The booking system automatically finds the optimal availability and occupancy. Since we started working with Briq, we have doubled our turnover and Briq keeps coming up with new features and integrations. After 6 years I can say with certainty that Briq is a reliable partner with excellent support!

Briq Bookings helped me to increase my online bookings by 400%
What makes the overall experience great is the support that is provided where they actually hold my hand and take me to the next levels of online booking and FEC e-commerce
PROSWhat I like most about the Briq software is its ease of use for our guests and the ability for them to book multiple activities and food & drinks all as part of the same booking and paid upfront.

A reliable partner with a clear plan
The personal approach of Briq, the clear updates around updates, the easy booking interface and the receptivity of our feedback makes Briq a nice and professional partner to work with.
PROSThis platform helps us to the get the pressure of the phone. Starting from 0%, Briq now handles around 55% of our bookings online, and counting. We are not there yet, and we have some challenges in the near future, but the booked results are already mind blowing.
CONSSometimes the used terms within the software is not easy to read for the personell. We would prefer Dutch to be a language within the platform.
Reason for choosing Briq Bookings
At first, the most important one compared to the custom offer that we got, is that we don't have to run our own servers or need to set up a VPN in order to get access to the platform when not around. Together with that, Briq was the only one at that time who was able to show the complete occupation of the organization within one screen.

The People = The Product.
The Briq Team has very skilled and motivated people and that translates into their product and services. They are very receptive to feedback and they don't overpromise.
PROSThe most important for us is a flawless journey for the customer and a clean look of the software. We find that in Briq. There is no clutter. The current era requires more than "just a booking system". Online booking is part of a bigger ecosystem that includes all aspects of the sales/marketing funnel and eventually has to translate into a smooth operation.
CONSOur biggest struggle is that our online booking system is not connected to our POS/operations system.

BRIQ is amazing and the team consists of real experts
Briq is an expert in marketing and the customer journey. Customers finally understand our services, deals and different products that we offer. We saw an increase of 80 - 250% in revenue and sales. The investment costs are very little and no cure no pay. We'd recommend others to get a demo and enjoy an increase in your business' performance.
PROSThe software is easy to use, very scalable and the briq-team is involved with their customers. If you have any recommendations or improvements then the team is eager to implement them and set up new features.

Ready to go
We were up and running within a week. Questions are answered immediate.
PROSWe start using Briq when we were in Covid19 lockdown. Our team changed our activities to be confirm the restrictions. Briq helped in making sure reservations went smoothly. Instead of one large group, we now had dozens of families which requires a completely differt approach for reservations.
CONSWe are not yet organized to receive small groups within a day. We organize events, we are not a traditional entertainment center where employees are always ready to welcome people. Even if an activity is not fully booked, we cannot welcome people for that activity because the domain could be in use exclusively. Briq offers options to close certain days and disable reservations.

We are online!
From no online bookings to a lot. Saves a lot of time because 'small' bookings are automatic now!
PROSMaking different combinations bookable online is super easy. The scheduling works great with minimum, optimal and maximum break/pause between activities.
CONSA little more customization in the webshop would be nice. All shops look the same.

Snelle duidelijke service. Briq Bookings heeft een groot gedeelte geautomatiseerd, waardoor veel overbodig klantcontact uithanden is genomen.

CONSExtra geautomatiseerde reminder mail 12 uur voor aanvang (aantallen nog kloppen, geen alcohol etc..) naast de bevestigingsmail. Wens: meerdere categorieën in één boeking ontvangen.

Erg tevreden
Super! ook zijn wij erg tevreden met het support, erg vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar.
PROSWaar wij veel voordeel uithalen is de uitgebreide reserveringspagina en het eenvoudig deals aanmaken. Zo is het voor onze gasten erg overzichtelijk en kunnen wij voor elke gast een gepaste deal toevoegen. En dat in een handomdraai!
CONSWij zouden een versie voor op de mobiele telefoon erg prettig vinden.

Briq bij De Blaauwe Arena
Briq heeft er tot dusver voor gezorgd dat we minder druk zijn met het indelen van activiteiten van feestjes en het versturen van reserveringsbevestigingen. De drempel is lager om te reserveren omdat het overzichtelijker is geworden, wat er mogelijk is. Hierdoor verwachten we dat er meer boekingen met gecombineerde activiteiten online gemaakt worden in plaats van telefonisch of per mail.
PROSBriq is een systeem dat het maken van gecombineerde activiteiten vereenvoudigd. Waar ons voormalige reserveringssysteem enkel een tijdvak blokkeerde, kan Briq slimmer inplannen en ingesteld worden. Aan de boeking is een bevestiging per mail gekoppeld wat ons weer een handeling scheelt. Het is fijn dat Briq de gemaakte boekingen in onze huidige Google Calendar blokkeert.
CONSWat ons zeer zou helpen is de mogelijkheid om het boekingssysteem via een smartphone te bedienen als app.

Fijne support en een ijzersterke tool: wij zijn blij met BRIQ
De support denkt mee en zoekt samen met ons naar oplossingen voor problemen waar ons bedrijf tegen aan loopt. Briq heeft het mogelijk gemaakt om veel van onze producten en diensten online boekbaar te maken, wat ervoor zorgt dat het aantal boekingen is gestegen. Medewerkers geven aan dat Briq een gebruiksvriendelijk programma is.
CONSEr is wat ondersteuning nodig om alle mogelijkheden te leren kennen. Wanneer je wat meer vertrouwd bent met het systeem kan je zelf de draad echter makkelijk oppakken.

Uitstekende toevoeging voor directe online verkoop, goed in te richten naar eigen wensen.
PROSGoed te integreren buiten je andere verkoopkanalen om. Zeer behulpzame back-office en functioneel prima werkend.
CONSIk mis een app-vorm waarmee je op mobiele telefoon op tablet een goede (dag)rapportage zou kunnen zien. Briq is eigenlijk alleen op een PC/Laptop te gebruiken, gemiste kans.
