Midexpro

Excellent overall experience and couldn’t run my dermatology practice efficiently without them. Highly recommend.

PROS

The layout and intuitive use is fantastic. It’s easy to use and the new midexTask feature helps organise patient administration such as checking results. We can take online payments easily. Having used more traditional systems in the past this is fantastic in comparison and they are constantly adding new helpful features and always answer the support telephone!

CONS

We had to have an additional account so myself and my secretary could access at the same time.

Reasons for switching to MidexPRO

DGL was not easily portable between hospitals and had poor customer service as well as being very expensive. Additional charges of thousands of pounds were requested to retain my own patients data when the private hospital that held the contract shut down.

One of the best Medical systems!

One of the best systems out there that is extemely easy to use and[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team are always on hand to help with everything

I have been using MidexPro for a very long time and find it one of the easiest systems to use. From accounting to scanning in patient records it is excellent

CONS

There is nothing! I havent yet come accross anything

Reason for choosing MidexPRO

We have always used Midex for many years but as it is a cloud based system I am able to log on anywhere is very handy when my boss needs patient information. The guys at Midex are always available to help. It was a no brainer to continue using them.

Ease of use

The team are all so helpful and bend over backwards to help fix any problem you have. I am very comfortable using this system and am constantly finding new features that make my work day easier. Thanks Team.

PROS

The software streamlines administrative tasks for professionals, enhancing efficiency. It excels in appointment booking, billing and patient records. It is very easy to navigate. It cuts invoicing time down, you are able to submit invoices from just 1 platform rather that 5+. I have recently moved from paper diaries to midex diary which again has made life easier. It is a great system and I wouldn't chose to go over to anyone else as I feel majority of needs are met and if they are not met then the team are open to any suggestions to add to midex to improve it.

CONS

The only issue I have is with spell check in the emailing section but have found that you can check spellings but it is not an automatic feature, you need to click a button to check your spelling and from memory it is an American dictionary. This is a very minor issue though.

Midex Pro review

Great experience. Amazing service from the representatives.

PROS

The software is very easy to use and the team are always avaliable for any queries and any issues are always sorted in a timely manner.

CONS

It would be great if they developed the software to have incoming emails to allow us to switch our entire practice over.

MidexPRO for excellent management of medical and clinical practices.

We had to find a new practice management system in a very short space of time. We looked at other options, one of which said it would take 8 weeks to set up... in this day and age, 8 weeks? Madness.So we called MidexPRO and explained our problem, that we had less than one week to get set up with a new practice management solution and these guys delivered. Nothing was ever a problem and honestly, it was a breeze to get set up and off and running. Many software programs have unnecessary features that no one uses, leading to high expenses and poor customer service. However, this was not the case once we started using MidexPRO.We are very happy with this software and highly recommend it to anyone seeking other solutions. They are a good team and will certainly get you up to speed in no time.

PROS

Outside of all the features needed by medical admin staff and consultants, MidexPRO delivers all of this and more. But what makes MidexPRO an excellent choice is the team behind the software. Our onboarding experience was excellent - the team are slick, professional, super responsive and all-around good guys. If any issues arise, it's an email or phone call away to get a quick response and solution. Training for new team members is thorough, in-depth and easy. Both our admin team and consultants are very impressed with this software and I cannot champion the team at MidexPRO enough.

CONS

We have no complaints or problems with the system. All our ideas are already planned for the future. The system is very strong and easy to use, and we haven't encountered any issues or drawbacks so far.

Easy, manageable and overall great

have used midex for 3 years now with my consultant and i wouldn't want to use anything else

Its ease of use - being able to manage everything in once place and I am constantly learning new features and having already used it for 3 years learning even more things is great !

CONS

Nit picky bits but not detrimental - it doesn't recognize "/" forward slashes when labelling documents -

Happy Customer

Very good, I have no complaints whatsoever.

PROS

Package is easy to use and reliable. With fantastic support from the MidexPro team, who are always on hand to help, very courteous and patient, makes working day less stressful. The MidexPro package has everything in one and contributes to an efficient work output.

CONS

I have had time issues adding a card payment facility to our package. This issue has arisen from the supplier MidexPro use, it is not a MidexPro issue.

Excellent Medical Record Management

PROS

It is very user friendly and straight forward to navigate. Customer Service is excellent. There is always someone at the end of the phone/email even with the smallest query.

CONS

Slow to load sometimes but I think that is to do with my internet supply!

Easy to use and get used to if you are switching from another system, cloud based so you can access from anywhere in the world, best customer support team, they answer immediately and listen to your needs and are grateful for your feedback then apply changes asap, overall score 9/10

CONS

not enough automatizations and a patient journey is not visible at a glance ie where the patient is on their journey with us at this particular moment, could be ie a dot on a linear map ie booked in or paid or surgery completed

Excellent software for medical practice with very efficient support team!

Easy to use!.. MidexPro provides me with everything I need to carry out my work as quickly and efficiently as possible and offer a reliable and friendly support service to help with any queries.

PROS

MidexPro is the most user-friendly software I use. It is clear and easy to navigate. I'm impressed by the way the software is being regularly updated and user comments are acted on to keep it up-to -date and easy to use. It's good to see other services being offered in partnership with MidexPro, to provide easier invoicing/patient payments etc. and that they are continually looking for ways to improve their service to make our work easier! The level of service provided by the support team is consistantly excellent. Any queries are replied to very quickly and efficiently. The consultants I work with also find the software easy to use and reliable. I would definitely recommend MidexPro.

CONS

The software occasionally runs a bit slow, but this has definitely improved over the last year.

Easy to Use with Great Support

Really user friendly, very rarely 'goes down' and you always are well supported with the team at Midex.

PROS

The team at Midex are always happy to listen to any suggestions, at this point we would like it to have a facility to fully integrate with a new writing device. The system is very easy to use, having tested a different medical system for a sister practice Midex was the most user friendly by far.

CONS

There are no features that are difficult, if you are unsure the team are always available to help. We would like to be able to use a writing pad for patient notes that connects directly with the patient's file within Midex and we're hoping that this is something that will be available.

Moving from a system I used for 20-years

Having used another system for 20-years that was failing me miserable I was apprehensive about moving. The team at MidexPRO were able to get me up and running very quickly and even when there were issues with the data supplied by my previous software company they were able to resolve them very quickly. The system is excellent and does almost everything I need from practice management software. So many useful things that make life easier, such as postcode lookup, print queueing (sounds minor, but really useful), secure emailing etc - really happy with the new system.

PROS

I love the fact I can access my records from any internet connected system I use through a simple browser without complicated and unecessary authentication. The system is secure, fast and responsive. The support team are excellent and were able to help with my multiple queries after moving from a system I have used for 20-years

CONS

I would like to able to customise the interfdace myself as there are obviously bits that are not relevant to my practice. This is aminor thing and the ability to add and remove fields on the interface would be the icing on the cake

From a retiring administrator of a small association of surgeons in private medical practice

We have had years of dependable, expanding and modernising, secure and obliging service from Midex-Pro and look forward to many more.

PROS

The system is clear and easy to use. All the details about a specific patient can be access for one page and the information is clearly displayed. Reports of practice usage such as income or out standing invoices are easily accessed, clearly presented and useful for tax returns

CONS

I am so used to the software that I do not really have any issues with it at all.

Reason for choosing MidexPRO

We bought Midex-Pro in about 2007. At the time it seemed to meet all our requirements and over the years it has expanded and kept up to date with the increasing need and uses in the modern world to the extent that we have not looked else where.

A robust and scalable Practice Management system

PROS

Midex is a very robust platform, that has the benefit of years' worth of feedback and improvements. We use it to manage the diaries and patient records of 27+ clinics, and it is an invaluable and integral part of our working practice. The Support team are second to none.

CONS

There are a number of smaller features we feel could be added or modified to improve usability, but the Midex team are always open to suggestions and - where possible - incorporating these into their development roadmap.

Big Fan of Midexpro

I have been using Midexpro for many many years, way before it went online and I have always found it a user-friendly system. Now it is online it has changed my working experience hugely (being able to work from anywhere)

PROS

Ebilling, prescriptions, card payment facility, diary in fact there isn't anything I don't like, Midexpro is the most user-friendly Medical software I have used. The support team are fantastic always there to help, always professional and always friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

CONS

don't think there is anything I don't like, except maybe having to have separate emailing systems

Intuitive system and fantastic support team

PROS

The billing function of MidexPro is very straightforward, intuitive and easy to use. The support team are also excellent and ensure they respond to any queries quickly and efficiently.

CONS

MidexPro provides us with everything we need to effectively run our medical billing company. There are certain features which would be desirable which we currently don't have access to, however, MidexPro have been very forthcoming with listening to our requests and are continuing to make considered improvements to the system.

We did not have a generic private medical system, after trailing a few we went with Midex, the platform is really simple to use and the support is great.

We have restrictions with our location so at time we cannot utilise all of the services offered

More than a financial software

PROS

MidexPro started life AFAIK as an accounting software. It has evolved into a patient information system as well and has enough flexibility to be adapted for uses around clinical notes. The support behind the software is very good and responsive: replies and responses within an hour has been my experience. And the support team also tackle feature requests enthusiastically.

CONS

Being Microsoft Word -centred. I long for a version which is iOS and touchpad friendly.

My overall experience with MidexPRO has been exceptional.

PROS

A nice straightforward software and there is always someone at the end of the phone happy to help.

CONS

I do not currently have any things which I do not like about MidexPRO.

Midexpro is amazing

Compared to the hospital's system that we have to access remotely, Midexpro is far more user friendly and set out more sensibly. It is not labour-intensive compared to the numerous screens you have to go through on the hospital's own system.

PROS

Midexpro is incredibly easy to use and I have recently my 16 year old apprentice to use it who was picked it up within minutes.

CONS

I don't think there is one single thing I can think of that I would want to change regarding this software.

MidexPro is a no-brainer!

MidexPro has revolutionised the running's of my business and I am so grateful to use it everyday.

PROS

It is user friendly, with a fantastic customer support service who are reactive and personable people. Invoicing, document production, appointment scheduling and recalls are all fantastic and easy to use features.

CONS

There is nothing specific that I would say I like least

MidexPro Review

Easy to use. MidexPRO team always on hand when you have a query. The staff are so patient and are always so willing to help. It is nice to know you have back-up if you ever have a problem.

PROS

Easy to use. No need for paper records. Everything is in the one file.

CONS

There is nothing really I do not like about the software.
