Super salon app!
Fantastic, the team are brilliant and so helpful. The app is easy to use, easy to train others to use and has so many options for supporting businesses in different ways, the txt reminders are my favourite. We have seen a huge improvement in the number of no shows or forgotten bookings from this.
PROSWhat I like most is the support network around salon app, always available with an online help tool bar too. I can access the platform anywhere with any device and it’s extremely easy to use. Also showing gross and net figures really help in forecasting for the business.
CONSThere is nothing that I can think of. Salon app is a brilliant tool in my business.

Salon app review
Easy to use to book appointments, cost is good, text reminders are great and like that someone is at the end of the phone if there’s a problem.
CONSDoesn’t easily show cancelled appointments instantly… for some reason they only show after the appointment date that has been cancelled, you have to find them in reports which makes it a long process. Would like a daily notes area for each stylist . And would like to be able to amend prices of bills prior to check out… eg add a discount at time of booking. When transactions are voided it would be expected that loyalty points and account balances return to previous as well but this seems to have to be manually returned to previous…. Which again you have to remember to check!!

The best Customer service
Brilliant service from the team!
PROSWe have used this company for many years and they are always at the end of the phone. I have been known to call many times in one day and it’s never been an issue always happy to help!
CONSCertain reports are in the process of being added but that is the only thing

The Salon.app Review- fantastic software.
It is now the perfect software, I’m struggling to think of any negatives. They really have developed it so much in the last few years that I cannot think of anything I would change. They listen to you when you make suggestions of improvements. [sensitive content hidden] are always super friendly when you phone and make you feel valued as a customer.
PROSIt’s easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and [sensitive content hidden] give great customer service!
CONSThe only thing I can think of is sometimes changing the rota can take me a little bit of time but that is more because I do not have to change it often so have think more about it.

We have been using the Salon App for many years and are delighted with it!
The benefits of the Salon App are being able to run and manage my business with ease. The app is incredibly user friendly and having the ability for my clients to book online is also a great feature.
PROSThe Salon App is incredibly user friendly. Being a very busy Salon I wanted a product which would be fast and efficient and the Salon App is just that. Any queries I have the team are on hand to help and resolve anything fast. The various functions it provides makes assisting our clients streamline and professional. I would highly recommend this service to other Salon owners.
CONSI have to say that any time I have asked if a function is available it either was and I didn't know or it is something the team have been working on and in no time has been launched.
