I love the flexibility of the program and just how good it is at keeping your projects and time organized.

Reason for choosing Programa
I came across Programa at the start of my new career about the same time it launched. At the time I only really knew of Ivy though many designers were complaining about the new change over with Ivy so I stayed away and decided to pursue Programa. I wanted to support local and the team were great at listening to feedback and implementing. It has been a pleasure to watch it grow.

Programa is set to revolutionise how architects and interior designers manage their projects.
The support, professionalism, open and honest communication is second to non! We have absolutely loved our journey with Programa so far. Whilst it still has areas of improvement, we are so excited to be on the journey. By using Programa our practice has experienced increased efficiency, accuracy and ease of use - overall we are outputting a more professional result for our stakeholders.
PROSPrograma has been a game changer for our team! Preparing and managing our FFE schedules has been been more streamlined, accurate and professional.
CONSLet me start by saying we believe in Programa!!!! As a starting point, the software has a good base but lots of areas that need improvement, all of which we have provided detailed feedback on. We are super excited to see these developments rolled out in the near future.
Reasons for switching to Programa
Ultimately, Houzz Pro was never going to integrate with Xero despite being told for two years the integration was coming. Whilst there are many excellent features - many of which we miss, in the end the lack of transparency and honesty it ultimately what made us switch. We also love the fact that Programa is an Australian company.

Great Interior Design/Architect Project Management
I've been keeping an eye on Programa since it first launched, and the growth and development has been great to see. I love where the software is heading and the really responsive customer support. Overall it has been quite smooth and I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform grows.
PROSThe customer service is fantastic and very responsive. The team is open to feedback and ideas and willing to make changes based on our experience.Being an Australian-developed product, they understand how our local industry operates and might differ from some overseas markets (though they do cater to these markets too). The recently released client dashboard and approvals features are good and makes the platform much more usable and well-rounded.
CONSThe invoicing feature needs development (but I know it's on the roadmap). The ability to pass on credit card transaction fees to customers is critical to make this usable for our business.I also find the Purchase Order process a little clunky.And lastly, I wish the UI was a bit bigger overall so its easier to see.

The software that has all in 1 to make every designer's life MUCH easier
The software is amazing, it's taken so much time consuming tasks away from me and specially for small business where I need to do most of the things, it allows me to work on more and other tasks since it makes the process so much easier. And the team at Programa are so helpful as well and they always reply SO QUICKLY! Nothing I've experienced with other softwares before
PROSThe feature I like the most is the scheduling. How schedules are made EASILY and now I actually enjoy making them! They always look clean , concise, and always up to date. The clipper is also a life saver that takes SOOO much time away from this time consuming task !!
CONSThe only thing I would like to see improved is being able to filter and export by filters on the schedule. There is another workaround it that they have showed me but it would be so much more seamless to have it integrated.

Can't live without Programa in my business.
I love that Program is ever evolving and continuously improving. Requests and suggestions for upgrades and improvements are always received with open arms. The team working on the platform understand the process of an interior designer so the software is relevant and practical. There is always a prompt response from the help desk and nothing is ever too much trouble. Fantastic support and training tools. Always something new to learn and up skill in the way you use Programa. I have been here from the start and I am not going anywhere else.
PROS- Simple and easy to use- A live document so less chance of sharing an old schedule- Branded to my company and a professional way to present to my clients- A central place to store not only client related projects, but business projects and administration- The team and customer service is outstanding!
CONSThe only improvement I could mention is in the invoicing section. In the past it felt a little clunky to use, it may have been improved recently. I think from memory last time I didn't like when you pulled the items over from a Schedule it ended up out of sequence and no way to update the pricing of an item if the item ws changed after the invoice was generated.

Good tools to help anyone to promote their products and services to the market
The primary business problem that Programa is helping to solve is the issue of data desertification. It enables businesses to easily integrate their data sets across multiple sources with a single platform. The benefits of using Programa are numerous. It can drastically reduce the time it takes to construct data models since it is done through a single platform.
PROSThe most impactful features of Programa include the ability to customize agenda items, automatic agenda creation, and active collaboration between meeting participants. Yes, Programa is designed to be simple and intuitive and can be accessed from any device. Yes, Programa allows easy integration with existing business processes and tools, making it a hassle-free solution.
CONSSome users have mentioned that they would like to see better reporting and analytics capabilities within Programa, as well as the ability to customize the platform to suit individual business needs. The main difficulty that users have encountered when using Programa is the limited customization options and lack of sophisticated reporting and analytics capabilities.

We love Programa!
Overall very positive. It's the best management program on the market with great integration across accounting etc. An app would be great!
PROSI like that it's designed and made in Australia. The feedback we send is always addressed and often really quickly. They're constantly improving and adding value to the program
CONSThe different screens within the schedule, to add notes you need to go to another page again. It would be good to be able to link products that are used all the time, and if you update one product from the library, it changes all of them

Love Programa
Overall experience has been really great; it's changed how effiently I work with my architects and interior designers. I've only had one moment where I've been unsure about a changed feature, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] came up with a solution and quick fix while new features are being worked on in the background. The program in general in sensational, I would love to see the rest of our A&D Reps within HNC use it as well.
PROSx Ease of use; I had no issues picking up everything quickly + [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was always there to give me a hand. Her tutorials and assistance are invaluable. x Efficient specifying tools; the clipping tool is a game changer. x Overall format of schedules; everything looks really professional and is organised clearly.
CONSx Lack of customisation to presentations/schedules i.e. company colours, size logo, etc. x Customisation of what is included i.e. pricing, notes, etc on shared and exported schedules. I would love to see more options or toggles for the exclusion of items.

Game changer
Support from Programma has been fantastic, possibly the best we've had on any platform.
PROSScheduling has made our life infinitely easier. Creating new products is simple and the web clipper almost eliminates opportunity for errors. A huge time saver.
CONSWould love direct integration with suppliers, with rep details automatically updating as they change roles/companies. Would also allow suppliers to log-in and directly provide pricing (eliminating double handling) for projects rather than replying to emails.

Design Partnership Studio Review
We love how simple it is to schedule in programa. This has saved us a lot of time on repeat commercial projects. The software is easily accessible online and can be accessed anywhere. We also love the tracking of our suppliers as we start to expand internationally.
CONS- It would be great if the images in the printable schedules and icons (links in particular) are larger so that teams can understand they can click on the links as well as see the image a bit better. This is particularly needed when illustrating patterns. - We are looking forward to the project timeline feature. This will be a game changer to understand our studio's entire portfolio of work in a timeline format. - It would be great to bundle projects together within one folder. Example: we have 4 projects for 1 brand. we would like to see this all in one folder for easier allocation and cleaner UX.

Why we love Programa
3 weeks in it's been a game changer and we have really only scratched the surface. I'm excited to see how efficient and professional we become over the next few months as we learn all of the functionality. Thank you for your product Programa, we are in love.
PROSI thought we were running a pretty efficient operation until I came across Programa. To be honest I didn't really think we needed it as we were already doing everything that it does 'in house'. But I gave it a go and 3 weeks later it has already had a big impact in improving our efficiency and it's only going to get better.
CONSIt takes a little while to work out the best way to use the software but all good things take time and the support is amazing. It's really intuitive once you know where to click on things.

Interior Concepts review
The ease in creating FF&E schedules with duplicate options and drop in from product library. In addition the clipper tool is fantastic. Loving the ease of this function. Other items I use daily is the WIP and being able to connect timer directly from WIP.
CONSI connected to Xero but do not run invoices from Programa simply due to the fee applied through third party software Stripe. The fee is too high and the reconciliation of fees through Xero is not simple. I choose to use Xero directly and run payments through B2B pay or direct EFT. I would love if programa had a gantt chart function for projects for ease of mapping projects and timeline. At the moment I am looking to another software to run in conjunction with Programa to manage this.

Everything You Need To Manage Design Projects
Good design and ease of use. Great tool for scheduling with robust features, coupled with one of the best support staff who knows what they are doing.
CONSInvoicing with Xero could be improved - it works, but the fee from payment processor (Stripe) is quite high. If paying by direct EFT, it's a headache for accounting as they need to reconcile all the fees.

Programa review
The scheduling is fantastic. Clear and easy for trades to follow. Being able to attach documents/specs to each line item is a bonus. Boards are also a great way for the client to have a quick view of the selections

CONSNo procurement yet, this will be a game changer. Some functionality still needs work and there are still a few bugs that need attention

Scheduling mainly. But with the hope that invoicing & procurement would be up and running. Unfortunately, we should have kept Houzz Pro a little longer as it has not all the functionality we had hoped for but are happy with the scheduling.

A real time saver and easy to learn.
Programa allows me to keep on top of everything that I need to do, and when. The support I've received has been excellent.
PROSBeing able to see the status of all projects at once is very helpful. Having (almost everything) together helps me keep things under control and on top of my daily work activities.
CONSA more integrated client portal would improve this software. Pinboards are somewhat clunky with image preparation taking more time than I would like, prior to adding it into Programa. Additional dropdown options in the contact section and less duplicity in adding contacts within a contact.

Brilliant Program
It is truly intuitive to learn and navigate, it has already made a HUGE difference in my business. My scheduling and specifying process time has been cut back by weeks! Life Changing!
I think the app is EXCELLENT and highly recommend it to all designers. It has made us more efficient and it is such a comfort to know that everything is safely tucked away in one place on the cloud! I love the program

CONSI'm finding the Xero doesn't work the way I want so I'm not using this feature. I would really like to be able to incorporate a calendar so that we can properly plan studio wip (allowances for estimated time to be spent on each item incorporated with a calendar so we know when we're out of the office etc

Great software, excited to see future developments
Our studio uses programa's schedule and invoice feature regularly. We really like the interface/ visual component, especially for client facing presentations, the browser extension.
CONSSome missing features: ability to apply credits to invoices, customization of schedule type fields, no mobile app currently, difficulty linking images on pin boards, calendar for project management
