It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

The user interface is great - it's easy to jump in and start using it, and then to get better at using some of the amazing features of it.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

The iPhone app is fantastic and an absolute must. The ability to connect the inside teams and outside teams together is a huge help.

This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

There's no built in messaging or chat feature but they told me that a Slack integration was coming in the future.

The webclipper available on Chrome has been a great tool to use to quickly capture resources from the Internet.

It integrates well into our existing systems and serves as our main focal point for organization.

The support and availability  that Shelf offers is amazing. This is for everything, including help with the configuration, training, support and future enhancements.

I am enjoying my time with it, and the ease of use of SHELF has made it an outstanding product.

My overall experience with SHELF has been incredibly positive. First and foremost the customer service and personal attention has been wonderful.

Picky, but I dislike the color palette. On occasion, the soft gray and orange can be difficult to read.

It has a slick interface and was easy to learn. It's nice that I have both private areas and areas that I can share with an organization.

Its a very good platform especially when you wanna help others to teach them some procedures better.

The search features , quick customer care responses and online tutorials.

It is easy to use and being able to store and share any format of data is very convenient.

UX is clean, attractive, and intuitive. It doesn’t take much time with the software to be able to effectively and easily use it.

The ability to store and share a multitude of different file types as resources has also been invaluable.

Just like its integrations with other productivity tools such as GSuite, Gmail, Dropbox, Evernote, and others, Shelf integrates with your workflow seamlessly.

Updating current records is super easy, as is adding in new content. And Shelf indexes it all amazingly fast.

I love the application, but I really love the partnership I have with my Shelf Team. They have been a great resource for us building this tool.
