Easy to use and by setting the baselines it helps a lot comparing the visuals rather than text. It is as easy as pie to integrate with your current test automation scripts.

I did not applied the tool in any real world problem, just on a contest.

The dashboard is a bit confusing for new users but with time it becomes habitual.

I have been using the Applitools for more than 2 years now, I must say over the time Applitools has made fantastic progress in terms of performance and features.

Super useful in visual regression. You don’t need to care the complicated steps like traditional visual regression.

The tool itself is very easy to use and on to existing automation tests or newly created ones. I also thought the applitools web portal was well thought out and easy to use.

The tool is fast, easy to use. I am in admiration with the feature about testing dynamic content and ignoring region.

In my opinion, It is a very interesting tool for all the professionals that want to go to the next level of validation and quality assurance of applications.

Also, it has a great documentation, with integrations with many different programming languages and frameworks.

The ability to compare screenshots simply is really helpful with certain types of tests, particularly those that are not easily written with selenium.

I struggle a bit to understand how I can give the test suites the name of my choice and how are the test runs marked by Applitools Eyes.

The only challenging part about Applitools is at times we have false failures on very little pixel deviations.

I liked the most the ease of use, it is really easy to integrate any testing tool and open source automation framework, and also, the image comparison feature is really awesome.

It decreases the number of code lines, saves time, cost, and effort.

There is no other visual validation tool that can give you the confidence level as Applitools. This is an awesome tool to have.

A good automation tool helps to not write a lot lines of code.

I really like the way I can inspect the test results in a friendly dashboard and the support for multiple languages and frameworks.

Overall, I would recommend this product to other businesses. It is a great tool to track employee hours, material prices and so much more relating to jobs.

It’s very comprehensive and performs a great deal of background checks in terms of warranty claims takes out a lot of manual work.

Occasionally the service processes running on the server will run away with themselves, leading to RAM bottlenecks that degrade server performance.

The only complaint I would have is about the new Manager Workbench. It is rather slow, and missing some features for our dispatchers to properly use it correctly.

Support is good during our current implementation.

There are many features we have yet to take advantage of since we implemented. The capability and flexibility is what I like most.

Ongoing intermittent issues and  Inability to troubleshoot. Only been using Astea for less than a year so still learning capabilities.

Overall, you will be hard pressed to find something you need that Astea Alliance won't be able to handle, either out of the box or through customization.

Customer service was poor, and excuses from Astea were plentiful. It was a painful experience that we devoted a huge amount of resources to with no return on our investment.

What I like most about this software is that it increased our productivity and allowed us to track our customer calls/issues as well as our installed equipment.

Field engineers can use the mobile app to get the tickets and resolve the tickets.

Astea Alliance  is easy to use and provides a full picture of the customer and all activities. The mobile application has made the field service function fast and easy.
