First, and foremost, the embedded customer service feature is fantastic. I also appreciate the ability to customize welcome message (HTML capable), and email templates.

The flexibility of the tool that lets me customize the beta project in a specific way that I want it to. Has a comprehensive list of all the features that I can think of are required for beta testing.

Breadth of  features is truly impressive. There's so much that Centercode can do that sometimes it's almost overwhelming.

The missing abilities I expected from the tool.

They have provided top notch support and are always happy to have a conversation or extend their knowledge to their user base on best practices or alternate ways of accomplishing a goal.

Onboarding users is a breeze - the platform allows for surfacing of appropriate NDA's, the builds that you want the users to access, and all of the tasks that you want your users to tackle.

Hard to navigate sometimes when looking at things customers write in.

I loved the overall feature set that Centercode came with, even at the lower subscription tiers.

Customer support is outstanding. I've never had a poor experience using the platform for going on 2+ years.

The new user experience from a project admin standpoint is tough. There's so much to learn.

As a child of the internet age and very tech-savvy individual, I don't usually have this problem with other software.

Overall, Centercode was on top of the project. The communication was great.

Some customers (users) sometimes complain about the UI being difficult to navigate but once we show them the first time, they get it.

Its very hard to find how to change a setting for a project.

This platform is not particularly a community platform which is a little bit frustrating but also understandable.

Great forums, work on many devices (computers, tablets, etc). Love the integration with Jira, helps get items in our backlog.

The import process is cumbersome, and does not  work well with large amounts of data.

Although the support staff was helpful it does not make up for glitchy difficult to use program.

I tried to be patient but in November of last year they developed a problem on one of my eBay ids with eBay business policies which they claimed was actually ebay's issue.

We use Web.com for website hosting and email. One of the best features that the software offers is that you are able to check business emails remotely from any computer with an Internet connection.

The formatting is awful. Changing the font color and size never works properly the first time (for instance it will only change one letter when the entire sentence is highlighted).

Also the packing slip does not support shipping charges or ancillary charges/credits. A discrepancy on a packing slip/invoice can lead to customer complaints.

It's the fraudulent activity of the company and the inability of the customer service staff to use the English language that is the problem.

This company aggressively punishes for a trial. After realizing the product doesn’t do what we need they went ahead with a subscription never authorized.

Lack of an app on IOS and also the inventory auditing does not allow pictures to be printed.

Limited customization options-Upselling-Limited control on the backend-Lack of scalability.

What I like most is the awesome support staff they have in place. Always there when I need them and always have the answers.

We sell quite a few low volume or single quantity items and we have to keep the inventory in sync across all channels to prevent overselling.

Inventory management is the best aspect of this product. Not only are we able to send accurate inventory across several different marketplaces, but we can also set rules for each marketplace too.

Annual plans are misleading - proceed with caution.

The conversion process was difficult. We had some issues with our listings having some unknown code in them.

This slows down the process and is inefficient. The customization of packing lists is very limited.

They respond quickly, the schedule a call feature is really nice, and everyone of the support staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and supportive.

Like something from the 90's. There is no theme that screams 2018.

They advertise attractive rates, but then they attempted to charge my account for varying amounts of hundreds of dollars.

They are very difficult to deal with. If you need help or to cancel, there is no easy way to do so.

Ecomdash is the best, cost effective inventory manager on the market.

I did like that this site offered the ability to make your own website. They give you all the tools you will need to get up and running, and were fairly helpful with how to go about it.

It connects to most marketplaces and integrates everything seamlessly. Customer Service was strong and they are always on top of things.

Whenever I had an issue with a function on the web design I was always able to speak on the phone with a real person, who would genuine able to help.

Inventory never worked right and after failing to make pricng work they admitted they do not have dynamic pricing at the listing level.

This is a great out of the box platform to get a website going. It's very inexpensive and you can't go wrong if you have no website.

Easy to talk with and they make changes to the site very fast. Good value for the money.

Really enjoy using eComdash, it's been a great part of what we do and makes our lives easier. Trying to manage multiple storefronts can be very time consuming and this cuts that down tremendously.

You get all the features from day 1 and you don't have to spend all your profits to get a good system. The company is innovative and always adding new features and improving ease of use.

If you do want some sort of customization it's much more difficult 'and not good if you're non-technical. Support is also limited.

I tried contacting their customer services representatives twice and they didn't fail to disappoint me both the times.
