I have been using MagicPod for few years, and It is a great way to start automation. It doesn't need a programming skill(it's better if you have one).

Easy to create test case for automation with no programming skill. Just capture screenshots on the mobile phone or simulator, It finds elements by itself. Then drag & drop to test case, and choose the action you want to perform. Elements are editable, so you can write by yourself.The price is also reasonable compared to other products.

It doesn't have a log feature currently(developing), so it is sometimes hard to review changes or undo changes.Duration of the test execution for iOS is quite long compared to Android with a similar scenario.
