I've good experience with this software.
It's a good software to list and distribute your test cases and ask people to review it and the fact that if you've some test cases which you may use, again and again, you can easily clone them.!!
PROSIt's easy to use and clearly distributed.
CONSSo far I didn't face any issues with this software.

Simple to Use and User-Friendly Tool for Testers
We use TCL for manual regression testing and based on test scenarios, we can easy automate critical paths.
PROSSimple and intuitive UI. We can create projects and manage users. Test runs are intuitive and we can tranfer them to other (non-QA) teams to execute.
CONS1. Attaching files (images) to test cases is a little problem. It could be better to have possibility to attach images directly in text (like in YouTrack). Example: text text text [image] text text text 2. Linking to test cases doesn't work. When we link one test case in another, link goes to the main page of the project.
Reason for choosing TestCaseLab
Price, UI, after a trial period it turned out the most useful and simple
Vendor Response
Thank you for sharing your comments, Katarzyna! You can link test cases by adding a link to one test case to the description of the other. Besides, right now, we are working on improving steps functionality so that it will be possible for you to link conditions of test cases consequently and run them separately.

Missing standard features
The test case management tool need some heavy QA and design review to be functional tool. Too many bugs and missing features to be of value.
PROSLooks pretty, there is minimal added value with this product. The cons seriously out weigh any pros
CONSMissing links to test plans. Inconsistent test cases ordering, changes based on ???, edit a test case and the order changes. Scrolling lists don't scroll through entire list. Search by tags shows items that don't have those tags. Sloooow response time. Category three is only 4 deep. Test runs show all categories, not just the categories in the test run. Test run columns over lap each other. Tags don't show in suggested list. Creating a test case in a specific category will sometimes drop it in a different category, so user has to keep moving cases to the correct category. Test case order randomly changes, when writing a test plan to be run in a specific order this causes a massive headache.
Reason for choosing TestCaseLab
Choosen based on it looked easy to use. Works fine if you have 10-20 test cases in total.
Vendor Response
Hi Tim! Thank you for your honest feedback, there is always a room to grow and we thankful to such opinions as you had. For now, we improved a lot: + search by tags was improved + response time was improved + category is 7 levels deep now and many others. If you have any other ideas you can share them with us here: https://bit.ly/3bb9Mbk

Simple tool for test plans integrated with Jira
We use TCL in our organization. It helps us with regression tests. I was using TCL in my previous workplace.
PROSTool is easy to use. Price is resonable and unlimited users is the thing we like the most :) Test plans are easy to run. I like also the integration with Jira (but it could be better, for example doesn’t add screenshots to the created task).
CONSSome bugs (linking test cases in other test case in markup language are not intuitive, manual order should be a default). Weird billing system - it is not directly connected to the tool.
Reason for choosing TestCaseLab
I tested other solutions but this one is the best, comparing quality, functionality and pricing.
Vendor Response
Hey Katarzyna! Glad to see your feedback here! Hope this time TCL will be of great assistance as the previous one. Especially after we release advanced reporting soon :)

Straight-forward, Easy, and Powerful
Support is very responsive. The developers and designers are obviously listening and working to make a better product. I'd recommend this to any small or medium-sized shop.
PROSTcL has pretty much everything that I was looking for to build a robust test suite. Navigating, entering, and keeping track of test cases are a breeze.
CONSThe only con is that I can't yet break down cases to pass/fail steps, but that is apparently already on the way.
Reason for choosing TestCaseLab
The price point was a major factor. So was the lack of bloatware.
Vendor Response
Jericho, nice to hear such great feedback on our efforts! Yes, steps update is coming soon :)
