My experienced with Oradian is very good. The staff are very nice and they accommodate all our concerns regarding the system.

The support team of oradian is very proactive in terms of supporting and answering concerns. The field configuration or the whole administration module is easy to manage.

It is a very user friendly system and can give all the data that you want and need in accomplishing your transactions and day-to-day deliverables.

What I like about Instafin is that ease of access is very good and the UI is very user friendly also the customer support is very good very approachable and supportive account manager.

If theirs a problem about the the system and you escalate the problem the Oradian will automatically reply the email and give a solution and what is the cause of system loading.

There seem to be no graphical touch to the software.

This software is user friendly. It is very easy to learn this system and we did not find it difficult to fit in to our existing policy in Operations.

Navigating through the features is very okay. The Core banking aspect of this software has seen great improvement within the past year.

Good product with solid features for straight out of the box implementation. It has a low entry price point.

The management completely ignores you when you complain, they point the fingers on you and they say it´s your fault, no matter how often you document that, it´s not our fault.

There are quite a few pre-built integrations for credit pull, bank analysis, payment processing and e-sign. Customizations require a thorough requirements analysis and gathering phase.

Credit products can easily customized with your own interest rate, min and max loan amount and etc. Fast customization and deployment.

Limitation to some of the investor module functionality.

Their Project Manager was amazing. And their key account manager worked with us when we needed some changes done on the system and they made a lot of sacrifices and compromises for us.
