DnB is a good product

Territory Management Mainly. But also for account enrich, and contact enrich. We also have started to use the CDP (Visitor Intel) modules. DnB Rev.Up has a ton of features that help research total addressable market based on a vast number of filter criteria. this includes revenue segment, geography, sector, industry, NAICS, as well as internal fields that can get mapped into Rev.Up

PROS

Account Hierarchy Management: relationships between accounts in established - this includes DUNs with Immediate DUNs, as well as Domestic ultimate parent DUNs - this then extends to global ultimate parent DUNs Visitor Intelligence - de-anonymizes visitors to your tagged websites. Provides for a way to understand clicks and footfalls within the web pages so that prospecting and customer service can be improved Account enrich: Keeps account data real by providing near-real-time enrichment.

CONS

Contacts - data: The data is sometimes stale and does not reflect the reality. I found that when contacts leave thier organization, the details are not updated Sync with CRM - we have had some challenges in integrating the several modules with our CRM. also tracking credits across these modules is not intuitive Account (Prospecting) management is great - also if you need to establish relationships between accounts / companies; Contacts data needs to improve. Instances of stale data and lack of mobile ph etc. is a bummer. Another thing is it is difficult to track monitor and manage credits (RUM, Account, Contact) across the various platforms.
