When there's a problem, we don't always get alerts right away. We always find that some problem is being worked on, but we don't know what it is.

They have provided solid support, adding in API functionality with quick turn-around. Other media agencies I spoke to also provided positive feedback.

The new quick editor (filter, customize) buttons are really great to have.

We were facing the Problem that due to different Locations of the AdServers we had counting differences due to different time zones.

We also appreciate the help from the support team, they are always trying to solve our problems as fast as they can and try to they put our ideas into reality.

What I don't like is that there are often problems with data actuality. But for our work that's crucial and we need to be able to rely on the data displayed within the dashboards/widgets.

Adverity is a constantly evolving great ETL system. We can work well in it to make great dashboards and reports to help our colleagues and make our clients happy.

Because we are a smaller agency with a singular analytics point-person, it was critical for us to work with a company that has robust tech support.

Furthermore, we are working with our fantastic account manager to create one-of-a-kind budget burn and workload forecasts by integrating our time tracking system and project management software.

Overall it is a fast-evolving useful ETL system with great Insights platform.

I like the possibility of having data from different Datasources in one system. You have a perfect overview of all your campaigns.

Some error messages are not explanatory and, again, require some experience with the product and technical knowledge.

I enjoy using adverity for it's big variety of API. It makes it so easy and sales a lot of development time.

Overall it's a helpful tool which can save you a lot time when it's set up & working correctly.

You dont have to worry about anything. It does the job in the background.

Platform interface very easy to use. Data transformation tool is very useful and effective.

Terribly missing the option to send a chart from one riport to another.

Their ability to integrate data into a single database that is easy to manage is unbeatable.

Its really clean and the mapping is awesome. The other thing that is great is that now the entire data store is indexed immediately and really well.

I didn't even have to call on my IT guy for help (which I think he appreciated probably more than me). Its just nice to have control over my data.

There are some things you dont do with it out of the box. This is solved with team.

They are efficient and partner well to deliver the best customer experience available.

This is actually very do-able through the K3 user interface. The amount of control you get from the rules engine in terms of tackling tough issues is amazing.

It was good but required a lot of coding. The biggest reason we moved was that it was REALLY expensive to scale.

K3 can easily customize xpath and templates for obscure xml. Its intuitive enough that i could figure most out myself.

The project was completed on time and on budget. This is rare at our company so kudos to the BroadPeak Team.

THis alone is a huge difference to our experience with other vendors. They are very responsive and interested in solving problems.

The code is top notch and reliable. As an external project manager, I've supervised implementations that are delivered on time and on a budget again and again.

BroadPeak team has a very strong understanding of how to work in a rigorous project management modality. Strongly on top of deliverables.

Sufficient admin/security features for our needs. Great product -especially for the price.

They will not do custom code for you unless its a specialized adapter. If you want something in the middleware that is just for you...expect a no.

And even if you don't but you want a simple tool for great value to integrate several pieces of data together, then you need K3.

K3's ability to integrate various data types into a seamless structure has reinvented data analytics. Our experience with their support model and expertise in finance has been fantastic.

Else there is no reason to give any negative comment.

Ease of deployment - The software can be used for a large variety of applications and the team is very good at getting users up to speed quickly.

Excellent product, incredible knowledge in the team and very easy to work with.

Too many vendors jump at this to make a buck. But it hurts the overall application by having a single code stream.

Companies that have IT resources will have a hard time adopting a product that displaces IT resources.

The software is straightforward and easy to use. We never had to rely on an IT specialist to get things fixed.

The internal team seemed to take to the application quickly everyone including myself readily understood how the application works. K3 is great at Business Analyst enablement.

The highlight/scroll feature when reviewing alot of trades is sometimes hard to tell which trade you're on.

When it comes to ETL tools, K3 is about as good as it gets.

We had a great time setting up the system with the K3 team and learned a lot.

None that I can think of. Actually i didn't find any reason to any kind of deception.

Simple, easy to use software that works and addresses the needs of both business & IT. K3 allows  users to map and maintain mapping information without the need to go through IT service deck.

The learning curve is very short. No complex coding required.

K3 provides efficient solutions for data automation with superb customer service.

Our experience with K3 has been positive all around and the support team is incredibly responsive.

Mostly setup and handed over to the business to run for themselves. Its nice to be able to setup integrations and get them running in the same day.
