Phrazor has been instrumental in generating automated content solutions for our clients. We have lowered the costs of creating content, and having the correct product attributes for mostly all our products has led to a boost in online sales. We hit upon the Phrazor solution and it has most certainly proved to be disruptive in its content automation capabilities.

We produce error-free content on an automated basis, at scale, through Phrazor’s AI & ML capabilities. It generates category texts and product descriptions which provide multiple key advantages for us, including speed of posting, unique descriptions, and lower costs of content production. Our customers are now able to make more informed decisions based on the correct product attributes for our e-commerce stores. The rate of product returns has dropped significantly as well. Phrazor’s internal and external impact has been outstanding.

I would recommend additional customization options to be added. They could improve the UI to deliver automatic suggestions that facilitate easier flow of the content.

Being a business user, I can use my business acumen to focus on decision making instead of spending time on trying to decoding the data. Language helps me understand everything instantly; auto-generated hidden insights improve the quality of my analysis. Speed and quality passes down the chain to my Channel Partner team, who are able to better explain projects to agents. Number crunching is an important part of my role in the real estate sector here, and typical reports presented these numerical analyses in complex visual formats. Language proved to be helpful here too, and the Ask Phrazor functionality lets me ask framed questions around territory, sales, team performance, etc. In summary, I am understanding data much easier, better, and faster through Phrazor and using it and the readymade reporting templates to make the best decisions and drive continuous sales.

Phrazor produces highly easy-to-understand reports through its language-based narratives that make visual and complex data presentations extremely easy to understand. Phrazor automatically presents hidden data trends and patterns from the dataset that it analyzes, so we have all the more information on our desk to make decisions on the basis of. It is highly scalable; I produce as many reports needed instantly. Communication in every direction is seamless now; every report is shareable in daily formats like PPTs, PDFs, docs, etc.

I am highly impressed with their readymade reporting templates for sales. I would like them to develop more around the real estate sector.

We are now able to identify, track, and evaluate the performance of various branches, and tracking metrics that confirm whether a branch is eligible to be ‘gold’ certified or not. In this way, we zoom out to cover geographical clusters, and pin areas qualitatively. Phrazor also provides custom recommendations as to the courses of action we need to take to consistently improve upon the quality of each Axis branch. It also details the reasoning behind the decision it arrived at. A versatile solution is driven by a nimble team. The team at vPhrase has been highly proactive to ensure the right solutions are tested, validated and well presented. While their control over the report is great, I was also impressed by the attention to aesthetics to ensure reports looked like how we wanted them to. The team at vPhrase is always up for a challenge and ready with possible options. I appreciate their knowledge and experience and wish them the best!

Phrazor has assisted us in having a detailed understanding of each individual branch’s performance through its AI capabilities which auto-generate insights in language based on metrics of our choice. Its reporting capabilities curate highly personalized smart instantaneous reports in language across hierarchies, teams and geographies. The fact that we wasted no time in onboarding the Phrazor solution and having it deliver results to us right away was a great value addition. We integrated our database with Phrazor through multiple connectors compatible with it in no time. The software helped us move from mass-dumping large excel reports to automated reports for each and every unit (over 4000). It also helped us save manual hours by automating the entire process. Their solution is versatile to adapt and quick to deploy. It helped amplify our existing work and outputs were well appreciated.

One can only expect that vPhrase continues to upgrade its product in accordance with market expectations. Right now, I observe no issues. Have not had the need to think about what’s missing. There is enough to do within the current shape.

Phrazor can be described as an ideal tool for creating customized and personalized reports carrying deep data drill-down options ideal for top management to get an overview as well a granular-level analysis wherever needed.

Phrazor has been instrumental in its ability to help us create brand reports for particular geographies where we operate. Not just the brand report, we created category reports too in similar fashion. Its drill-down is powerful. Surfacing insights that we never previously viewed. All reports were highly personalized and customized team-wise, or according to any different cut of the data we wanted. This made the job of the upper management that much easier when observing from a macro level, yet at the same time being able to drill down into indicators that mattered.

Currently not facing any major issue with the product
