This is a good tool for middle market companies with not too many data sources. The support from the team is very collaborative and they bring experiences from multiple customers (including us!) to the table to help deliver usable dashboards.

I consulted to a lower middle market company with a single general ledger source of invoice data and a CRM to pull customer demographic data from plus we created one manual mapping table to better segment the sales organization. The initial set up of the data connections was pretty straightforward and then there was fine-tuning as we reconciled the data and cleaned up the mappings. The tool was able to parse some data that was semi-unstructured and this was critical to meeting the needs.We then tailored dashboards from there and overall, we were able to do pretty much anything we wanted to do as long as our data was clean. As time went by and we became more comfortable with the data and how the tool could help analyze the business, creating new dashboards became quicker. We are pretty steady-state now.

There are occasional limitations on combining certain variables onto the same chart and how certain visualizations can be done. None of these prevented us from ultimately creating useful dashboards for everything we wanted, we just sometimes would use multiple widgets on a dashboard to accomplish a more complex idea rather than have one widget.

I think every SMB gets to the point where they start operating on assumptions. This type of tool is a plug-and-play solution to make your data actionable. These insights have changed the businesses I've been involved in. Love this tool.

I love how easy this tool was to implement. After handing over our data, within a few weeks and for a very reasonable price I can have a starting place to gain insights on our data. With multiple different ways to look at the data I can gain different insights too that either confirm or cause me to question what I thought I knew about my business or the businesses I consult.

It highlights where we need to improve our data. That isn't a bad thing but it is something we need to improve.
