Experience of using SemanticForce to monitor the topic of COVID19, vaccination and misinformation

A very friendly project team, who helped at the start of the work and constantly helped when there were difficulties. The project team was helpful and shared their own research experiences on the topic of the pandemic.

PROS

- Coverage and depth of data collection and analysis; - Handling tens of millions of messages.

CONS

- Intelligent automatic categorisation (detection in the array of fakes and narratives, information about doctors, characteristics of patients, symptoms, influencers, etc.). A total of about 500 unique categories developed specifically for the project). - Work with interactive dashboards (customization, display of 2 types of data: externally cast and collected by the system).

Reasons for switching to SemanticForce

We did not like the change in customer support policy. Support from Russia asked many sensitive questions about our research activities

Experience is just over a year. With this platform, the opinions of our customers are obtained, their use for improvement is analyzed. Also, with the help of the system, there is a problem of helping children in the fight against their meetings in social networks. In general I have positive experience with SemanticForce while working with different projects, brands and topics (for example, sulfate-free shampoos, dry shampoos, the effect of stress on the face skin and many others). Due to our business has very wide portfolio and different areas to research I really appreciate, that Semantic Force team always help me to find the best solution and develop individual data analysis methodology for each project. They also have prepared very deep analytical analysis for some projects.

PROS

1. Intelligent automatic categorization (detection in the array of brands, aspects, issues, wishes of customers, etc. There were 300 unique categories in total, developed specifically for the project). 2. Ability to work with dozens of beauty brands (even within the same study, for example, share of buzz). 3. Coverage and depth of data collection and analysis.

CONS

It was not so easy to get used to the software, but support team of SemanticForce helped me a lot.
