Good BI and Data Analytics tool for starters
The tools is completely hosted in cloud and works perfectly on multiple devices. Monitoring on the go without affecting the productivity is really good and does not impact day to day operations. Highly integrated with modern technologies like GraphQL and R Programming language
CONSIt would be good if we can migrate existing queries from competitor tool

Very happy customer
Our site is able to review data from as early as 2006 and this in invaluable to our operations. For reporting I am able to easily generate graphs and extract data as needed. The Splashback team are very approachable and are always available to provide support when needed.
PROSBeing able to easily access data to review. Data can be easily graphed to show trends over short or long periods and to compare against different sites.
CONSBeing not the most computer literate person, I have struggled somewhat with uploading data from our laboratory. The ongoing support from Splashback has been excellent and their patience and training is to be commended
Reason for choosing Splashback
Splashback has been on our site for quite a while now. I haven't used other products but I would have no problems recommending this product from my experiences

Water quality data management
Overall we are very happy with Splashback and it is integral to our day-to-day work in managing and analyzing our data. The customer service from the Splashback team is also fantastic - prompt, efficient and professional.
PROSSplashback is easy to use and is incredibly important to our business when it comes to storing and analysing 20+ years of water quality data. We like the recent API updates to the software which makes it easier to share the data.
CONSWe look forward to better understanding the new API features to improve data sharing.

Best-in-class data management system
Splashback is a fantastic addition to any team or business with requirements to manage, analyse and share data. Whether its for general business intelligence, maintaining reporting requirements without hassle or simply keeping data in a safe place, our experience with Splashback has been fantastic. The platform itself is backed up by a fantastic team local to Hobart, which means any advice we need to get the best benefit is accessible and timely.
CONSAs a small startup company, some features have not been fully built out yet. However having been in contact with the development team it's clear that they are working hard to add new and refine existing features on a constant basis.
