I like it very much that it is not a question of cost to add users, which means that EVERYONE in the company has access and can follow the company performance live.

As an administrator, I struggle a bit with managing all dashboards and reports being created by our employees since everyone can create both dashboards and reports. I wish there would be more admin tools to get an overview of who is owning what report/dashboard and more easily to admin these. It is not so easy for new employees to create analytics reports by themselves since it demans very specific filters to get correct data, but this i more a reflection of our ERP system than on Zoined. However the upside of API connection is that it is easy to get started, the downside is that it is not so easy to cluster different dimensions into one dimension (which would be neccessary for us in order to get our sales channels correct in Zoined.)

For our use, some integrations were missing related to personnel cost management. This was not actually due to Zoined.

I use the system to analyze the stores, and can break it down on people if I want to. See top seller, categories, revenue, margin, etc etc - and we can use it if you are on the go in your phone. And you can get update by mail every day

This system is good for all in the company high level and low level. The manage team can see what they like, and the stores can see what they like, everything is adaptable

We have nothing for now, but if something is missing we ask if it is possible to get it, and after some time it will come to the system

I have all my business critical KPI's on one dashboard. I have a comprehensive view of the performance of our restaurants in real-time. It helps us to identify possible problems and react fast. It's also extremely easy to use.

In some few cases figures in spreadsheet reports could be shown in lines instead of columns. By default in columns.

Everyone has the same opinion, it's really easy to use, when you get hang of it. But if you dive deep, then you need some assistance to understand, how Zoined transforms data. Before Zoined, we had to get our sales numbers out straight from out ERP, and that was unpleasant to say the least (Excel spreadsheets...). Zoined solved our problem with that.

Best thing is that our employees can use it really easily. With just one hour of training, they can find basic information about their sales.

It has somewhat confusing names for certain filters. Our old ERP might have something to do with it, but this makes the information hard to find, if you dive really deep into data. So really good customer service is essential to get the most out of Zoined.
