  • It has good reports, integration with business functions.
  • They have one of the best customer care response 24/7 for easy solution in case of any issue.
  • Cons

  • Customer service is very bad and all employees are cheater once they take amount from customers after they are not responded to customer in any condition.
  • Even in chat they will tell our team will contact you but no one call back. Even they close the ticket without completely solving the problem so I need to reopen it.

  • WE love using and integrating Tripleseat to our events here at Cheekwood. Tripleseat is easy to use and the support is right on the money.
  • Gather is very user friendly and helps me keep our event calendar clean and organized. It is fantastic for communicating with both guests and our management team throughout the company.
  • Cons

  • The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.
  • The annoying, time wasting and the unnecessary notifications. I have nightmares about those dreadful notifications.
