Pros
Great Product, very easy to use and very quick to learn. Can do multiple things through this software.
This software is awesome simple to use and beyond easy to teach others to use. Our company loves it so much

Cons
Can sometimes get complicated and a bit messy once you begin linking tasks / projects and epics together.
Great for technical users, not so great for business people

Pros
It's super easy to use and extremely functional. Whenever we need assistance with something, the support team is super helpful and fast.
The software is fairly easy to use, and customer support is happy to help if something is unclear. The setup is very straightforward.

Cons
have been using this for a while haven't had a any flaws yet but at times it slows. Aside that this is a fanastic support system and will recommend to any one to try it.
We have had some problems since the upgrade to version 10. However their tech support have been helpful getting the issues resolved.
