Company car parking

I am a very happy user. Convenient and reliable.

PROS

Very easy to use. Customer service is quick in response. Happy to have my car parking space booked for two weeks in advance.

Wayleadr is the Way to Park

PROS

It is super easy to use and I like how I can release my parking spot when I no longer need it and I get a nice notification that someone was able to use it.

CONS

The delay when you select the wrong gate is a bit long. However, I won't be making that same mistake twice.

Reasons for switching to Wayleadr

I really disliked how they managed the "first in best dressed" style and took out any regard for those travelling from afar. I also disliked how I needed to contact someone to release my spot.

Best way to make effective use of the shared hot desks in the small office.

Wayleadr helps us to manage the shared desk spaces. It allocates spaces in our designated area to those that request a space on the easy to use app. Spaces can be released easily so in many cases a space can be booked on the same day and not just in advance.

PROS

It is very easy to use. The app is really good as it reminds you when to book a shared hot desk space. You can also release the space easy if you change mind not to work on that day already booked. It is the best way to make good use of the hot desks in a small office effectively, ensuring that a space can be booked in advance. I would like to definitely recommend to the others if needed.

CONS

I haven't met any problem using Wayleadr.

Great corporate parking solution

PROS

Wayleadr has a slick UI and app. I haven't had a single problem with it. I'm pretty surprised at how quickly it can sync my new reservation with the parking garage. Overall I'm really happy with the wayleader app and its customer support.

CONS

There isn't enough incentive for people who don't use their parking spaces to give them up. It's great that you can enter the lottery for the week in advance, however, which makes it much easier to plan.

Great collaboration with Wayleadr

PROS

The Wayleadr team were professional and flexible in every aspect of the implementation and with every interaction since we have gone live. They offered very practical advice during the implementation phase that made the change management very easy.

CONS

This is only a comment for future development that I know Wayleadr are working to develop. The finer details and complications to manage limited time available on EV charging points need to be introduced.

Wayleadr is an excellent parking management tool!

Very positive! I have had no problems using wayleadr at all.

PROS

Wayleadr is incredibly easy to use, gives up-to-data availability, and also allows for easy cancellation should you no longer require the spot.

CONS

The only con I can think of is not having the ability to pick your space from those available. This would make it easier (For example) if you were leaving your car overnight to ensure that it is booked into the same spot both days.

Removes the stress of finding a parking spot.

I honestly love it. Our old system required us to wake up at midnight (when the portal opens) and rush for the spot. We were sleepy and unhappy in the morning. Now I get notification on Friday, which allows me to prepare for the upcoming week. And sleep better :)

PROS

It's probably the most fair distribution of the parking spots I could think of. It usually provides me a spot, but even when not, it does it in a very positive way. It's good to know even being declined at first doesn't mean I'm out of luck. I like how it naturally tries to reduce the number of needed spaces (carpooling done smart!).

CONS

The instant booking on the day could be a little faster. It should be actions I could easily do while driving (big buttons,please!). The buttons that open gates are quite small and could be larger. Same with parking instructions - eg. as I arrive to the parking all i need is 'open gate' + parking number. Not dates, calendars etc. But hey, those are really small things compared to how awesome, overall the app is.

Would be good to choose am or pm as I work part time on some days and would free up spaces for other staff.

Great parking solution

Wayleadr has increased the utlisation of all of our limited parking spaces and provides a fair opportunity for all team to get a park.

PROS

I like that it provides a fair way to access parking and helps me plan my week. I also love the check availability feature to pick up any last minute parking spots if needed.

CONS

To be picky, the request booking UX could be a little simpler.

Excellent - Does exactly what I need

I book spaces using both the app and website and they're both clear and easy to use.

CONS

Sometimes the app is a little bit slow to show my bookings and I have to click to a different day before it loads, but this is only a very minor issue.

Fairest system

PROS

This parking system seems to distribute spots fairly well. While it usually finds me a spot, even when it doesn't, it handles the situation positively. It's reassuring to know that being initially declined doesn't necessarily mean I won't find parking. I appreciate how it encourages carpooling to minimize the number of required spaces.

CONS

The instant booking process could be quicker. It should offer actions that can be easily done while driving, such as larger buttons. The gate-opening buttons are too small and should be enlarged, as well as the parking instructions. For example, upon arrival, all I need is an "open gate" button and parking number, without the need for dates or calendars.

Very very positive I’m okay with missing a park because it at least seems fair

PROS

The booking system is really easy, I know when I’ve got a park and when I don’t I also like that the algorithm punishes those not releasing parks

CONS

It doesn’t notify you if there is a free spot on a day you didn’t get immediately or auto alllocate if it becomes free

Amazing Service

This service is saving many staff time and money on their commute; I save over €100 a week, and it cuts my commute time from 15 hrs a week to just over 5, so it is is a no-brainer

PROS

The service has changed our 20-space car park where the spaces were owned by high-graded management. It has allowed lower-graded staff, such as myself, to use these spaces and save time and money daily.

CONS

I do not see any faults with this service; it saves users like myself time and money daily and is very easy to use with either an email address or a phone app to do so

Parking made easy

before this service was introduced it was very hard to get parking in the office but since we started using it most users are able to get spaces when they need them.

PROS

This application has changed the way we park in the office for the better and it is so simple to use via email address or by using the extremely user friendly mobile app.

CONS

There is nothing to dislike about this service as it is simple to use and it saves the users time and money on a daily basis so it is very hard to find fault with it.

Excellent way to manage parking system

Great. Easy to use and plan ahead. Gives certainty that there you have an allocated parking on the day.

PROS

Easy to book, and great visibility of available parking. Even opens our boom gates.

CONS

Bookings can be inconsistent week to week. Can be difficult if the team needs to be in on a certain day each week, as it seems to be a lottery system. Perhaps this is based on a setting established by the company and not so much the app itself.

Great product - it makes parking booking so much easier

PROS

Both the mobile app and desktop versions are so easy to use, What would have been a boring process (booking by email or updating a spreadsheet) all of sudden became a very simple (borderline enjoyable) task. Great work on the design and UX. It is one of the best apps I use for my work.

CONS

There is very little to dislike about the app if I am honest. I cannot think of anything.

This app is a gift

this application has changed the way our office parks for the better, before lockdown i could not park in the office as i did not have a spot but thanks to this application i can now pick up the spaced that people who are working from home have released and it has changed my whole working experience for the better
