It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

It was sometimes hard to gauge for me if the boundaries I had set around an appointment were actually forced.

There’s no option to add to different follow up sequences based on what type of meeting was booked.

I like that they're based in Europe, especially with the European Court of Justice saying that the US-EU Privacy Shield is not enough to satisfy GDPR requirements.

Custom fields for things like choosing a location is a nice touch. Having multiple event/meeting types is a fantastic feature.

It connects with all the popular calendars, provide much needed time zone sync, private notes, etc. We love that we can brand it as an extension of our company.

But overall, those are tiny complaints compared to how well the tool works.

Making it easy to set the times you are available and then let people book times and have the calendar managed automatically is a HUGE benefit.

You can set a buffer time before the meeting to include for instance meal time. It has a great, intuitive UI that makes using it more comfortable and pleasant.

Easy integration with Google Calendar that works perfectly and a customizable look of the scheduler are the most important to me. Additional features like private notes are a good addition.

This is a very easy to use system and has all the features you would need without the price tag of calendly.

Harmonizely does exactly what it promises, with a clean UI and always looking for ways to improve. They’re great at communicating with their users.

The way it works with my self hosted calender (via CalDAV on Nextcloud) is just wonderful.

That said, I find that the features are good and customer support is excellent. They keep adding new features, so as of early 2019, it is a very strong solution for scheduling.

Setting up valid time blocks is awkward. Workaround to accommodate multiple calendar accounts is not ideal.
