  • Pros

  • Small group or 1 on 1 messaging without having to share personal cell # between staff members. Being remote 100% has been a challenge but Crew saved our team.
  • It is a great way for our team to communicate more effectively and efficiently and with less confusition on who messages are intended for.
  • Cons

  • What I don't like is that there is no way of known if an individual has received and/or read the notification.
  • When wanting to give a quick thumbs up or respond without words, it is difficult to understand how this is done or how to simply react to a message.

  • The ease of booking, as well as being able to send reminders and charge a deposit for appointments. Customer service has also been excellent - rapid response and helpful answers.
  • I love the layout and the ease of use of the calendar. I also like the customization of the booking side.
  • Cons

  • Clients getting confused thinking they must download the app in order to book with me but when they have to use the link its confusing.
  • Don't like that it uses an 800 # instead of my call back. Makes it hard to respond on my part if I have to stop what I'm doing to look up customers # so I can answer if need be.
