It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

It's super easy to setup for my employees. I get the peace of mind they are using the best.

And all includen in the same plan. I use it in my work space and its amazing, the flexibility and the integration is amazing.

I like the ease of use of Office 365. It is a great value for the money and helps me keep all of my business information easily accessible.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

The customer service staff is amazing and well trained. My experience with Office 365 has been amazing and I will continue using this product.

It’s been a great product and I like having mag programs to get various jobs done. Price point is good and quality is great.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

I think QReserve is a refreshingly easy to use.

Our experience with QReserve has been truly excellent. It's the only product that has the complex schedule that we need married with the ability to invoice and pay with dynamic pricing.

We have more of our sites starting to use the software now and I'm extremely confident we made the correct choice in using this. Support from the QReserve team has been superb.

Because of this, we were forced to have multiple people set up as approvers for requests.

I think its fantastic and would highly recommend for groups that require an on-line booking app.

The QReserve platform is easy to use and the customer support is outstanding - would highly recommend.

Extremely intuitive and easy to deploy, user training has been minimal due to the user friendliness of the software.

We had so many complaints with our last product (Booking Bug).

Also the price point is great for all of the features we have received especially since we will be using the software daily.

I dislike that since our QReserve allowed single sign-on for our company, we can no longer login using our distribution email.

Notification emails get lost in junk mail occasionally.

Managing resources and users is also very easy from an admin point-of-view and the customisation of each resource is fantastic.

And if we have any issues, customer service is fantastic.

Because each room, piece of equipment, and area in the space can be tracked separately we were comfortable letting our students spend free time it the space.

Overall this has been one of the best software deployments I've been involved in, uptake has been universal and training times minimal.

The only thing I dislike is that I am not notified when a new user registers into our page.

Our experience has been positive- our reps have been incredibly helpful and very responsive.

From an Administrative side, I found the software to be slow at first due to the large amounts of data I have access too, that has since been rectified and there are no more wait times.

Quite intuitive, highly flexible, easy to integrate and the team will almost go out of their way to ensure you receive the product you desire.

The most important aspect for us is the ease of integration - system integration and business workflow integration.

QReserve has been such an amazing tool to help manage our resources and classes throughout our company.

No fault of the software, just that you need to take some time to familiarize yourself with it.
