Understand the functionality of the product.

When the tool was demo'ed and sold to our team, we came away with the impression we could not have certain people recorded including myself. That is not the case, and that why we now have no recording and eliminated the real purpose of the tool. I did sign a contract and will continue to pay monthly because no offer to let me out has come forward until the end of the term. Be careful !!

PROS

The analytics piece of the program is very good.

CONS

I cannot designate specific users who are recorded. It is tied to phone lines. In our store all phone calls were being recorded. Not good for us....
