Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

Though it was affordable, I probably lost business as a result in the final analysis.

They also raise the price of it without informing you. I had to go through 4 people to cancel my account.

Also, at times it takes a long time to log in and it can be frustrating if you need to access the app quickly.

To say that the invoices are confusing would be a gross understatement.

We had problems with the app crashing mid-call. For awhile it would happen at the same time stamp for every call.

Dont need any hardware for this system and can use it anywhere. Has built in fax and sms capability and contact management, like the online portal for sms messaging very good and quick.

Customer service was great, good features and functionality, room for customizations, can keep personal phone number private.

That it was very affordable and that it was HIPAA compliant. The app was relatively easy to navigate as well.

If it fails for some reason you click the button to resend the fax in the email, however, again, another error message about a redirect loop.

Routing calls or forwarding directly to a number and not through an extension will incur per minute charges over the basic minimums.

When you contact customer support, there is no urgency for them to assist you and never return your phone calls or emails. This is highly unprofessional as a business.

Terrible user interface. No way to resend a fax through the dashboard.

Although the website is very useful, it is somewhat outdated and thus difficult to navigate at first. Some settings are difficult to find and are not intuitive at all.
